The location and that they accept our dog

Cons:

The rooms are always nice and comfortable. Parking is always easy. I do wish there was a little bit more room or places to walk the dogs that were more picked up.

Good afternoon,
I would like to formally submit a complaint regarding my stay at Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel – LAX Airport LA Stadium.
My reservation was for 3 nights, from September 9 to September 12, 2026. However, due to the poor conditions of the room, I was only able to stay for the first night and checked out early the following morning.
The main issue was the excessive heat in the room and the poor performance of the air-conditioning system. I had to leave the unit running throughout the entire night, but the room still did not cool down properly. In addition, the air conditioner made a very loud and constant noise, which made it extremely difficult to sleep and rest.
I also found that the bed sheets were damaged and had a visible tear, which I do not consider acceptable for a hotel stay.
In addition, the overall atmosphere and constant movement of people entering and leaving the property did not provide the level of comfort and hotel experience I expected when making the reservation.
Because of these conditions, I decided to leave the hotel the next morning and only used 1 of the 3 nights booked.
For this reason, I am not requesting a refund for the first night that I actually stayed, but I am requesting a refund for the 2 unused nights, as my early departure was directly caused by the unsatisfactory conditions of the room.
I believe this is a fair request, since my early check-out was not due to a voluntary change of plans, but rather because the accommodation did not provide reasonable conditions for a comfortable stay and proper rest.
I kindly request that this case be reviewed and that a refund for the two unused nights be processed.

Zimmer waren im großen und Ganzen ordentlich Betten gut

Cons:

Sehr laut direkt an der Straße / Sehr laut im Innenhof durch komische Gäste wofür das Hotel nichts kann, 2 mal an der Rezeption beschwert dann besser / Frühstück bisschen unter USA Standart / aufgrund Feiertag komplett Überteuert für diesen Standart !!!
