Lovely quiet place, quirky hotel with pleasant staff.
Pros:

Lovely pool area and pool itself, staff very nice.

Cons:

Our room was painted black To be avoided if you’ve any sort of mental health issues. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Estoril itself has no real town centre, but there are a few restaurants around.

Good location, not very nice rooms and breakfast.
Pros:

Location is good. Price was reasonable.

Cons:

Breakfast and breakfast coffee was quite bad. I would advise not to take it, but go to nearby Banyan Tree Spa coffee, where you can get really good coffee and breakfast for a reasonable price and in a much nicer environment.
Bathroom smelled very badly, and hotel is only partially renovated, old furniture combined with new beds and plastic floors. It looked much better in photos.

Lovely hotel in Estoril
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location near the beach and short trip into Cascais. We stayed at the hotel twice during our stay, first in a superior twin which was very nice and good sized balcony then on our second stay we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a superior double which had a very nice view of the bay. Great roof top pool. And the staff are very helpful and friendly, a few mistakes were had but rectified quickly.

Pros:

The fantastic welcome from reception right through to all the restaurant staff. Professionalism, friendliness and staff who love their job. Francisco is exceptional as the manager. The rooms were well designed and spacious, we were given a suite which was beautifully designed. The restaurant I highly recommend, especially the steak. We will return again shortly for sure
