For an affordable, non luxury style hotel, this was a winner! Had family staying at two other local hotels, the opinion overall was the BW was the better.
You get what you pay for it , … service is terrible with rude and antisocial people , a guy with a blue hair at the desk with not an welcome attitude at all , they just don’t want you to be there I guess .
No room service - shower you need to chose between really hot or really cold , nothing in between.
Breakfast really really poor basic .
If you have a chance to look for something please do , for couple dollars more you can get better and decent hotel .

Okay, but the front desk Erick was a little rude with my wife and I. We feel bad to take this abuse by being seniors.
The shower didn't work, Roach crawling on the floor and staff not available at counter when checking out
I would love to rate my experience higher, however our room was 225 which happens to be right next to the exit door of the building for the 2nd and 3rd floor. All night many times the door slammed shut there is no hydraulic soft close on the door. I did bring this huge inconvenience to front desk staff attention which they are fully aware pf. Why in the world would you put the beds up against a wall shared with a busy exit door. Incidentally, all the doors to the rooms are very loud as well. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, offered an ok hot breakfast, and right next door to Target which is super convenient. Coffee served is Folgers, all I will say abot that.
Night check in was rude acted like he had been asleep. Was not courteous!

The complimentary breakfast was a good benefit. The floors in the room were dirty and a there were food crumbs in a cupboard above the refrigerator.
The receiving staff was ordinary, the beds were hard & there was some ink stains on the bedding. Just an ordinary room, nothing special. I only needed 1 night stay but will not be booking this hotel even for a night in the future.

The room we requested was "being maintenanced" then it was "we dont have that type of room." Once they gave us what they had, the room had a dirty toliet. They didnt even provide a fresh roll of toliet paper, it only had a quarter left on it. We could hear everything happening in the hallway. And it was so rundown that the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Would not recommend this place at all.
The staff are professional and the rooms are very clean
