Highly recommend if wanting to be near UW Hospital
Pros:

Location is perfect for appts at UW. Staff is always great here, rooms are very clean, food and drinks are great. Everything is perfect here, every single time!

great one night stay with an amazing FREE breakfast. The price for a suite was also just right.
Pros:

room was large and the bath tub and multiple tvs were great. They had a crib available and up to our room within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. All in all a great stay and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Wish you had a hot tub and i wish it was a breakfast buffet but im just nit picking

Attacked by a service dog...and the front desk made excuses.

The room was okay. The price was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

We were attacked by a dog when we walked in. When we walked in, there was nobody at the front desk. A large black dog ran out and started barking and growling at us. He was not on a leash. We started to back away and heard someone yell. The dog ran upstairs for a minute and then came back down and kept growling at us. Eventually, a young lady came and grabbed the dog. The person who worked the front desk came and claimed that the dog was a "service" dog that was in training and not well trained yet. This is BS. The dog did not have a service vest or leash. Thankfully, the dog did not attack us, but this is not something that should ever happen.

Pros:

BW West Towne Suites is my go-to stay for my frequent travel to Madison. For starters, its convenient location has easy access to the highway, shopping, and other amenities. Staff is warm and friendly, and the complementary breakfast is a nice way to start the day.

Good value at a convenient location by the beltway.
Pros:

We stayed in a suite on a very cold January weekend when the hotel was mostly empty. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The decor is reaching a point where it could use updating and the bathroom a spruce up. We used the exercise room treadmill and workout facilities which were very good. The included cooked to order breakfast was very enjoyable and convenient given the extreme cold weather. We have stayed at this location several times and not been disappointed.
