Good value at a convenient location by the beltway.
Pros:

We stayed in a suite on a very cold January weekend when the hotel was mostly empty. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The decor is reaching a point where it could use updating and the bathroom a spruce up. We used the exercise room treadmill and workout facilities which were very good. The included cooked to order breakfast was very enjoyable and convenient given the extreme cold weather. We have stayed at this location several times and not been disappointed.

Not dissatisfied just isn't the same gem it once was
Pros:

The property is under new owners and has lost cleanliness care and upkeep. It shows the property feels dated and the rooms cleanliness isn't up to par for being a best Western.

Cons:

The cleanliness and price wasn't aligned with the outdated rooms in need of a face lift.

Pros:

First and foremost the gentleman working the front desk and the gentleman working legend we checked out were beyond professional. The both exceeded my expectations with their kindness. It was the best way to end one long day and start the next. Also, the breakfast was good

I requested for a shuttle but the manager and said i could cancel booking. need to book 3 days befor

Cons:

The bins in the eating area were full and people left their plates on the table because the bin was full. There should be more staff during breakfast time to see if the refills are on time and breakfast area is clean and ready to welcome new guests.
