Rennovated, really clean rooms. Normal size fridge was nice to have. Owner is on site and really accommodating if you need to extend the stay.
Room smelled, walls were cracked, bed sheets stains, floors were dirty, bugs in the room, neighborhood don’t look safe, renovation was trash. Overall, I would never stay here again.
Not clean
The sheets were stained, the walls are paper thin and there was music blasting. It looked nice in the pictures but it’s just cheap renovations done on an old motel. I absolutely wouldn’t stay here again.
Loved there was no pets
I did not stay here the manager upon arrival stated he didn't have any rooms
The fact management didn't notify me ahead of check in that there were no rooms.
One thing I liked about the property it was very quiet, but on the other hand, it was like a studio apartment
The staff were disrespectful, we faced an inconvenience which was the company’s fault. And were not helped by the staff, instead were treated with disrespect.
Customer Service and the readiness to resolve and assist.
Fixtures power sources wasn't attached
If I could I would give this place DOUBLE NEGATIVE 0. This is the worst place to stay. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not get suckered by the photos on the site. On the site it showed 2 chairs and a loveseat. LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES, it was unreasonable noise from the room above, the floors was dirty and I had to sweep, no pillows on the bed. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE
This hotel is a bait and switch. Unafe area. Beware. I pulled up to the hotel and it looked like an abandoned building. It said under new management.
There were roaches, and bed bugs, no running water, feces on the wall and behind the toilet, it was filthy. My kids ended up with bug bites.
Property should be shut down, deplorable conditions. The ceiling leaks, there are bugs, the shower barely ran, holes in the walls, and windows are broken with card board covering it. Appliances didn't work, toilet backed up when it rained.
Property didnt have my reservation Property is being bought. So only had a few rooms, told me expedia isnt suppose to have their hotel on their site. A whole mess in one had to find another hotel.
Was good staff was nice
This hotel's website is a perfect example of bait and switch. I booked a room here because I am in the area on business and thought this might be a decent place that was cheaper than where I am currently staying. The website gave the impression this is a nice, Southern mansion style motel independently owned. My first clue this was not the case should have been when the guy at the desk questioned my use of a credit card to pay. It went downhill from there. The rooms are so bad and so dirty I can't imagine a homeless person being comfortable staying here. When you have to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies before you will unpack your stuff should have been my next clue. However, I was going to suck it up and stay at least one night since I had already paid and it's not like I'm a diva. By this time I had noticed the fridge was not cooling and the microwave had a huge crack across the top inside. But when I looked more closely at the bedspread and saw stains you would normally associate with a "by the hour" motel, that did it! I went back to the office- first I asked that the fridge be repaired and was told it would have to wait until the morning. Then I asked to be moved to another room and was told no. This is where I asked for a refund so I could go to my usual hotel. The guy I was dealing with, who I assume was the owner/manager, refused to refund me for both nights- said he would refund the second night but that I had already stayed two hours so no refund for the first night. Then he processed the credit on my card incorrectly, charging me for an additional night before his son came in and told him how to do it correctly. As of today, they have sent through the correct amount for the credit but I've been watching my bank account closely. I prefer staying in independent places over the chains any opportunity I get but this place is a disaster and should be avoided unless you are so desperate you have no other choice. If that's the case, I highly recommended taking several bottles of bleach with you as well as your own bed linens!
