Pros:

Belle vue, proche du centre de congrès et du centre-ville . Personnel agréable

Cons:

Il fait tellement chaud dans la chambre, impossible d’aérer et faire un courant d’air. Store cassé. Dentifrice encore présent d’un autre client sur le robinet du lavabo. Bruyant avec les bars juste sous les chambres et avec la zone de baignade jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit

Super séjour!
Pros:

L’emplacement est top! Le personnel super. Le « service client » au top, j’ai oublié mon chargeur de téléphone à l’hôtel ils me l’ont renvoyé en qq jours.
Buffet du petit déjeuné varié et très bon.

Genial pero caliente estancia en Basilea.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad. Con restaurantes, monumentos y tiendas a un paso. El personal es amable y servicial.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y tienen lo básico. No tienen aire acondicionado ni un ventilador Grande.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Das Zimmer war tipptopp sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Bei einem Viersternhotel an bester Lage, 2026 wirklich schön renoviert, erwartet man bei 38 Grad Hitze in der Stadt doch einfach eine Klimaanlage! Leider gibt es diese nicht! Es war in dem doch kleinen (allerdings mit Balkon auf den Rhein upgegradeten) Zimmer schlicht unerträglich heiss. Für eine Buchung im Sommer würde ich ganz bestimmt ein anderes Hotel berücksichtigen.

Du coup très bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte et toujours très chaud dans la chambre! Nous très peu dormi dans ces conditions, nous choisirons un autre hôtel une prochaine fois…

Wir hatten ein super Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Es war auch zu jeder Zeit jemand an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiss im Zimmer. Draussen war es 38 Grad und das Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Da kann das Hotel jedoch nichts dafür da es ja auch so bei Booking hinterlegt war.
Als wir anreisten und ich im Voraus angefragt habe wegen einem Parkplatz wurde mir leider nicht mitgeteilt dass ein Bluesfestival vor der Tür stattfindet und man kaum zufahren kann. Wir konnten dann das Hotel nicht mit dem Auto erreichen und mussten weiter weg parkieren und dann zu Fuss ins Hotel. Dies hätte vermieden werden können.

Cons:

Le prix etai exorbitant pour une chambre petite, sans climatisation et sans petit déjeuner (non inclus) 660 francs pour 2 nuits c'est inadmissible.

En pleine canicule Le store n'était pas baissé,il faisait 40 degrés dans la chambre et contre tous les murs, y compris la salle de bain.

La toile extérieure anti-soleil ne peut pas être descendue, le mecanisme est cassé.

Le petit déjeuner coute 25.-

Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es war sehr heiss und extrem laut die gesamte Nacht. Wir waren von Montag bis Dienstag da und die ganze Nacht haben betrunkene Menschen auf der Strasse rumgeschrien und morgens um 5 ging es dann auf der Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster mit Presslufthammer los. Es war extrem heiss im Zimmer, es gibt keine Klimaanlage!
