Very good
Pros:

Perfect location, very nice big rooms. We only stayed over night but would happily stay longer. Free coffee and tea facility open 24h is a nice touch. There is a multistory parking about 10min walk away.

Cons:

I found the entrance quite hard to find at first and supprised for everything being automated and no staff on site. But everything worked out well in the end

Хотелът е на пешеходно разстояние от повечето забележителности и е точно до реката. В близост има спирки на градския транспорт и магазин за хранителни стоки. Предлага се безплатно чай, кафе и ябълки.

Cons:

Първите две нощи бяха доста шумни и беше невъзможно да се спи. Наблизо явно има заведения с твърде пияни клиенти. Трябваше да се обаждаме няколко пъти по телефона, включително писах и в мениджъра на Booking, за да получим накрая нашите Базел карти за безплатен градски транспорт.

Dass ich aufgrund des piepsenden Tresor in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen konnte.

Cons:

Dass ich nicht in meinem Zimmer bleiben konnte und niemand vor Ort war, der das Problem mit dem Tresor beheben konnte (es wäre sicher nicht schwierig gewesen).

Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas al río (lo pagas como extra) son excepcionales.
Se agradece que haya una sala con café/infusiones, también dejan manzanas por la mañana aunque se acaban rápido

Cons:

La entrada del hotel siempre olía mal. El techo de la habitación estaba lleno de pequeños bichitos voladores. Y la barandilla de la terraza estaba llena de telarañas con sus respectivas arañas de 1cm

Das Hotel wird renoviert. Wir waren im noch vermieteten Teil untergebracht. Es war laut. Auch in der Nähe wird morgens um 6.30 Uhr gebaut. Die Zimmer waren nicht gelüftet und stanken nach abgestandenen Zigarettenrauch. Die Teppiche sind abgenutzt und schmuddelig. Im Badzimmer hatte es nicht einmal einen Stöpsel im Lavabo. Das WC ist durch das viel zu grosse Lavabo sehr eingeengt. Der saubere Duschvorhang hing herunter. Das Bett war sauber, aber alles sehr heruntergekommen. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist alles andere als einladend. Alles Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Hotel práctico y funcional
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación. A un paso de las atracciones más destacadas de Basilea. Multitud de servicios al rededor, supermercados, restaurantes, transporte público. La relación calidad precio, tratándose de Basilea es insuperable.

Cons:

El proceso de check-in es autoservicio. No hay personal que te pueda ayudar en el proceso, en el propio hotel. Yo no tuve ningún tipo de problema en el proceso, pero entiendo que esto genere cierta inseguridad a algunos viajeros.
