Pros:

Værelset blev gjort rent men håndklæder og brugte glas blev ikke skiftet. En lille ting når ejeren var sød og hjælpsom og udsigten helt perfekt. Stedet er ikke for gangbesværet pga. Højdeforskellen på hotellet og der er ikke elevator. Der er restauranter i nærheden i vila geres . Et dejligt hotel med søde værter.

Chambre très agréable, grande et bien insonorisée avec belle vue sur la piscine et le lac

Excelente para quem procura um bom repouso, boa cama, boa piscinas, e uma albufeira do gerês 5min a pé.
A vista de uma das piscinas é fantástica.
Já tive em hotéis de 4 estrelas que não tinham as mesmas condições.

Apartamentos não têm a mesma vista dos outros quartos! Apesar de muito bem equipados ficam noutro edifício situado noutra rua mais acima! Sao mais caros, sem pequeno almoço! Piscina mais pequena e louça do quarto suja à chegada!
Cozinha bem equipada, com máquina de café, sem qualquer gentileza de sequer 1 cápsula / informação de venda de cápsulas para compra na recepção que se encontra noutro edifício, noutra rua!
Pessoal muito simpático, muito potencial mas possibilidades de melhoria!

Pros:

Ficamos em um dos estúdios com cozinha e foi uma experiência muito boa.
Piscina com temperatura agradável e staff muito simpático.
Localização foi excelente. Próximo da VILA do Gerês, com acesso a restaurantes, mercado, farmácia e etc. Assim como central para as melhores cascatas. Fomos à Cascata do Rio Arado, Portela do Homem, Tahiti, Pincães e outras localidades como Lobios, Fafiao e etc.
Voltarei com certeza!

Traveling off season we didn't use the pool but the pool area, the view and the bar/breakfast area was appealing. No where near to walk to get food and the driveway was scary steep.

O hotel é agradável, o staff é simpático. O quarto é confortável e limpo, no entanto alegando a pandemia só era limpo de 3 em 3 dias, para restringir os contactos com os funcionários. O pequeno almoço era servido em tabuleiro. Os alimentos disponíveis nao rstavam visíveis de forma a facilitar o pedido. Sugiro pelo menos uma lista
