Pros:

The place is a go back to nature and ski resort is for thse who are familiar with winter sport. Ski school is also available but if you already know how to ski you can enjoy the place better.

If you are from a tropical country like me, better take taxi going up to the hotel since we are not familiar driving is snow mountain road.

Most of the staff speak turkish but there a some of the staff know english.

But the scenery is breath taking

Pros:

Genel olarak herşey çok güzeldi ancak odanın çok sıcak olması nedeniyle rahat uyuyamadık. Camı açmamıza ve dışarıda kar yapmasına rağmen içeriyi serinletemedik. Onun dışında çok keyifliydi, spa gerçekten güzeldi

Otel yemek kalitesi eskisi gibi değill .. otel çok eski ama eski olmasının yanı sıra yemek kalitesi mükemmel idi.. şimdi eskiliginin duasında yemek kalitesi de vasat olmuş

Pros:

5 aylık bebeğimizle gittik, anne sütümüzün saklanmasından tutun da bebeğin konforunu arttırabilecek her konuda anında çözüm buldular ve yardımcı oldular. İster aile ister tek gidin, gerçekten hizmet olarak çok iyiler. Grand Kartal Otel'in tüm çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.

Konaklamamiz cok guzeldi. Konaklama suresince gerek ucretsiz skipass (2gunluk) gerekse de acik bufe yiyeceklerin cesitliligi ve lezzeti bizi cezbetti
