When you walk bare foot on the floors you ended up with black feet not sure when they cleaned the carpets last

BEST WESTERN is always a safe bet when traveling.
Pros:

Facility is what I expected from best western. It was nice. I enjoyed my stay, staff was super helpful, nice, polite. I usually try to stay at best western I have always had good experiences there.

Cons:

It could be updated a little more. But still nice.

Only ate breakfast once - it had no appeal to me doesn’t compare to other BW rooms - had a very strong disinfectant smell - it was very close to downtown so that was what I liked best

I liked the fact that there was a restrauant on-site.

Cons:

I called the hotel months prior to stay to request bottom floor. They said that was fine. Get there and I'm on the second floor and they are sold out. Mind you, my friend booked hers a couple months after me and she was given a ground floor. The hot water in the shower wasn't but a trickle.

The hotel was mediocre at best. BW was once a fine chain but now is just OK. It's plain, just adequate, tired, boring.
