Horrible, paid room not allowed to stay at
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good

Cons:

The staff was so rude to me because they said I paid for the room with booking.com and my debit card was fine but booking.com never paid them with there account, so I couldn't stay and had to leave, therefore I paid for a room I couldn't even stay in! Then they said they put me on there "DO NOT RENT" list. I've stayed a BW all over the world and it's the worse I've ever seen. And, I was only in town for my only brother's funeral, so thanks again BW:-(

It was just average, the mattress was really bad.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Everytime we called the staff was rude. The bathtub does not drain so you are standing in the dirty water while showering. My family had the room next door and they had same issue. Fire alarm went off.

We chose this property because it was close to everything we needed.
Pros:

Rooms are a good size, nice warm breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were a little Firm for our liking.

The hotel was convenient for where we were traveling to

The staff was nice the breakfast was good

Cons:

The room smelt like pee the carpet and because it rained while we were there. Their rooms melt very muggy with dog pee. We were having to leave the window open even though it was cold outside. We had to ask the housekeeper for some spray for the carpet.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean, large, quite room
Pros:

Excellent suite. Breakfast room was large, clean and the food was great. The suite was large clean and comfortable

Cons:

The only negative was that the heating unit blew very strongly and chilled anybody on the sofa or the King bed. It did eventually warm.

Thieves
Pros:

They said they was gonna keep my deposit because I left stains on a towel and there was a urine stain on the brown carpet. I even straighten up before I left out everything in trash cans. I've have never had that happen to me. I've been traveling for a month and stayed many places and no problems. I'm a retired Army Sergeant. Now a disabled vet and I am appalled. God Bless

Cons:

Same as above staying there is a trap to keep your $150.
