the breakfast was good
We loved the heated pool, large comfortable rooms, and the full free breakfast
The hotel's located at a major junction where Gurley splits into the 89 and 69.
The first time we drove into the parking lot the main road Gurley was quite busy with fast cars. After we checked in we found on the hotel map that there's a little street behind the hotel that took us over to Gurley with a signal. Made it convenient and less stressful to get into and out of the hotel. Wonderful!

Old toilet
The staff were super nice, very helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy.
Breakfast need more variety, location was fine.
Room lighting could be alot better, more towels for extended stays would be nice.
Staff very friendly, and helped me make sure I was enrolled in the rewards program, the stay was pleasant and will continue to go there, have been at least three years in a row

Being over 6ft tall they had hobbit toilets
When you walk bare foot on the floors you ended up with black feet not sure when they cleaned the carpets last
Room was spacious

Facility is what I expected from best western. It was nice. I enjoyed my stay, staff was super helpful, nice, polite. I usually try to stay at best western I have always had good experiences there.
It could be updated a little more. But still nice.
