2x charged, rude housekeeper, great front desk and manager listened (still waiting on full resolve)
Pros:

Manger talked to me over the phone to listen to my concerns. Front desk was very professional and handled disgruntle (me) client with professionalism and calmness!

Cons:

breakfast was out the 2nd morning early and was very limited to toast and eggs, double charged my room (still waiting on the refund) internet didn't work the full time we were there. Was talked down to and belittled by housekeeping, was locked out of our room. the room wasn't clean, no seal on window or doors, main door was stuck and a child couldn't open it (unsafe). Molds throughout

The View was wonderful; In all the room was good. I would definitely stay again!!
Pros:

I loved the View! The room was clean and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I like that the room had a chair so you can relax when you watch TV, and a desk and chair so you can have dinner in the room. (The chair could be vacuumed under the cushions)

Cons:

The room was dark; I like it a little lighter. There was NO internet connection. They said they had problems with internet connection, but when they did get it up and running, for them, it still didn't work in the room. Worst part was I couldn't get anyone by phone; I had to always walk down to the front desk and one time it was closed.

Location is very good. Nice views.

Cons:

Loud people. Breakfast was good except commits made by staff once gone it's gone when suppose to be until 10. Bugs in bathroom. Floors dirty. Ac/ Heater needs cleaned.

Extremely friendly staff. They're also in process of upgrading facilities.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. As we were checking out, they were bringing in new mattresses.

Cons:

There was a huge hole in the wall. The sink was extremely low and the rooms were very outdated. I got stuck in the bathroom because our room didn’t even have a door knob.

Sorry but needs substantial improvement.
Pros:

Room clean but bathroom smell. No internet in room. Pool not clean. Place needs lots of work. Place is in rough shape and is undergoing renovations which are sloppy. Breakfast late and styrofoam bowls etc. needs lots of old. Not optimistic

Pros:

Appreciate the breakfast. Would prefer it to open at 7:00 am.
No racks for clothes nor bars for towels.
Requested 1st floor access. Ended up 3 flights of stairs. Very difficult climb for me and my roommate.

The property was so cute and quaint. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They were also doing more renovations during our stay, but it did not disturb us at all. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional and on demand hot water. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel location is great for getting to downtown Tombstone.

Cons:

Hotel is under renovation, so sometimes it affected my stay. Wi fi did not work in the rooms, so had to go to lobby for signal.
