My stay was restful, and the facility and room clean and well maintained. Thank you!
Pros:

The room was excellent - clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the hotel was waiting for a part for the pool so it was not open. No problem - better to have a safe pool for everyone. Overall, my stay was restful, and I found the room and facility to be clean, well maintained, and safe. Would recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like - all was good.

We were highly disappointed and will not recommend this hotel

Hotel was in a good location and the pool was great for our grandkids. Breakfast was good and hotel was clean

We requested a room next to our family and we were placed on a different floor… our room was a king suit , had no table for which to eat and only one chair which was a desk, we had no usb outlets, our fridge didn’t work and the bedside came on at random times during the night and wouldn’t work when we needed it to . There was no hairdryer or iron , which I had to go looking for them from the housekeeper. And lastly, when we called we were told we were booking and talking to the actual hotel, which apparently wasn’t the case . So we weren’t able to receive our receipt for our stay which your front desk staff informed us. I tried calling the number that
they gave us but to no avail we still don’t have our receipt. We were charged an enormous amount of money for two nights stay with a room that was very small and no place for two people to sit and have a meal .

Just ok.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast wasn’t great.
Pool was closed for maintenance. But then later found out from employee it was because it was too hot in the pool area. Only reason we booked the hotel was for the pool.
Asked for clean towels, garbage changed and beds to be made up. Came back in the afternoon. Nothing still done. Mention it again to front desk in afternoon. Came back in the evening. Still nothing done. Went and got own clean towels from a cart in hall way.

Would stay there again
Pros:

Good location close to many different type of restaurants. Clean room with lots of plug ins. Friendly helpful staff who are very responsive to our needs. Love the coffee

Cons:

Not a big deal, but breakfast is the same every day. Xcoffee not available outside of breakfast hours
