Our overall stay was fantastic
Pros:

Clean rooms
The kitchen and support staff was very helpful

Cons:

The night reception staff when we arrived was lacking customer service
Had to wait for 15 minutes to be acknowledged for a simple question while he was on the phone
Even a nod of acknowledgement would have been acceptable
The following night the front staff was very pleasant

Kid friendly, cozy spot.

Cons:

Unorganized breakfast buffet chaos, alot of dirt in places in the room like on the sides and front of the end table, all around the mini fridge and behind it, caked on drink/milk and alot of dust.

Not a very great experience with checking in or out. Told you that everything was taken care off then trying to charge y

Great location, feel comfortable at the location

Cons:

When I got there to check bin said they couldn’t find my booking.com reservation, eventually put me on a room said everything was ok but on checking out charged me again had to go back to the hotel and try to get it fix up still not. Had my confirmation number, plus a email stating that I couldn’t get the floor I requested because it was being renovated.

Cons:

When we got home from my medical apt. The cleaners were in the room even tho I told front desk I didn’t need house keeping and there was a sign on the knob saying do not disturb.
