Not a very great experience with checking in or out. Told you that everything was taken care off then trying to charge y

Great location, feel comfortable at the location

Cons:

When I got there to check bin said they couldn’t find my booking.com reservation, eventually put me on a room said everything was ok but on checking out charged me again had to go back to the hotel and try to get it fix up still not. Had my confirmation number, plus a email stating that I couldn’t get the floor I requested because it was being renovated.

Cons:

When we got home from my medical apt. The cleaners were in the room even tho I told front desk I didn’t need house keeping and there was a sign on the knob saying do not disturb.

Pros:

Loved the location and the hotel was beautiful, the kids loved the pool and the slide. The beds were comfy and the room was really big and nice size bathroom

Cons:

There were some woolies on the pillow cases and the tables in the living room area were a little dirty but I cleaned them off , no big deal but when I was falling asleep there was this weird almost like paint smell that I could not stop smelling it was yuck made me a little light headed
