Pros:

L’hôtel est charmant, très hollywoodien, la piscine est agréable, le personnel est aimable. L’hôtel comprend un très bon restaurant.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit, simple vitrage. Les chambres sont très humides et pas très propres.

Pratique , très correct mais manque de chaleur du personnel
Pros:

Très bien situé. À proximité du Métro et ligne de bus , de Hollywood Blvd.

Cons:

Certains réceptionniste pas du tout agréables , et d’autres au contraire très prévenants. La chambre n’est pas faite tous les jours ( au moins tous les 2 j, ce serait bien pour vider les poubelles)

Pros:

Très bien décoré, bien équipé, pas bruyant (une fois la piscine fermée).

Cons:

Nous avions une voiture et pour pouvoir nous garer sur le parking de l'hôtel, nous devions passer par un valet. Il y en avait 2. Et l'un d'eux était désagréable. Il était rarement à son emplacement et nous devions l'attendre.
Et une fois il s'est permis de montrer son agacement lorsque nous sortions de la voiture alors que nous nous dépêchions. Il a fait des gestes à nos enfants pour qu'elles se dépenchent. Jai trouvé cela déplacé.

Beim check-in waren die herren an der reception wirklich unfreudlich. Daspersonal beim restaurant diner war sehr nett. ein echter unterschied. das morgenessen im diner ist für amerikanische verhältnisse top.

Our stay was perfect and we will be back again!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was always wonderfully friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and hotel was very well kept.

Pros:

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je reste ici. On peut marcher au Walk of Fame, c’est proche de beaucoup de lieux donc facile si on conduit et peu cher si on prend un uber
Les chambres sont grandes et l’espace piscine est agréable

Cons:

Pour le prix on pourrait espérer un petit dej et peut être aussi quand on a des enfants et qu’on exprime le souhait de se baigner, penser à nous mettre proche de la piscine pour éviter de traverser l’hôtel en maillot.
Le prix du parking est un peu cher mais le valet est très bien
