Perfectly clean rooms with the best staff and perfect location!
Pros:

The reception desk was on the 5th floor, at the cafe-bar of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed us with a free drink on the terrace. They had placed the fridge we requested earlier into the room. The information booklet about the hotel and the city was helpful. The rooms were very clean. Not only a kettle but also a shiny capsule-coffee machine with fruit teas, Earl Grey, and several capsules. I only wish there was also coffee cream :)
The balcony in the room was nice to relax and hear the city after a long day.
Perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from Marienplatz. Special thanks to the staff who were all kind and welcoming to everyone at every hour of the day!

Cons:

Nothing was disturbing. It just took us a bit long to understand that the air conditioner settings changed every time we switched off the main switch at the entrance of the room, which was NOT the switch with the tag "main" on it :) Adding some information to the booklet about the lights and the "main switch" can be useful. Having sleepers would be a good option, too. The food menu is not rich. I wish there were hot dishes for room service, at least some pasta or pizza. I don't know about the price/performance ratio, but we're totally happy with our stay.

Fantastic location with great staff right near the fantastic market and great restaurants.
Pros:

Great location and great staff. Good sized room for two people with 4 bags.

Cons:

Minor issue with air conditioning but the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, which was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a great stay and will happily return.
