Pros:

For the price the room was ok. Staff as always were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also a plus for the price.

Cons:

The metal floor transition was very loose and could cause a fall. Desk clock was set to wrong time and no way to change to correct time. TV was stuck on Closed Captions. Two suitcase holders would be nice.

Pros:

Free Breakfast and reasonable cost bed was comfortable and full length mirror and makeup mirror great

Cons:

It smelled extremely bad like cigarettes so for that I would not stay again

Very dissappointing!!
Cons:

The heat didn't work properly, the coffee maker didn't work, etc. We booked a handicapped room with wheelchair accessibility, and the first night was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not a good experience!!

Pros:

Breakfast food set up nice.

Cons:

Filthy outdoor hallways, water leaks all over outdoor floors. Bathroom sink clogs. You can't reach toilet paper unless you close the bathroom door, ludicrous. Why not have it on the wall next to the toilet? Coffee creamer with keurig machine is stale and crumbly. Will never go to a best western again.
