Bed was comfortable
Outdated, didn’t feel very private.
The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and great to have for the kids. Easy location to hop onto the highway or get to shopping. Other guests were very nice. Dog station was big and had poop bags. Our room was very roomy and clean.
Clean, quiet, suited for pets.
That it was comfortable for my pets. I will note, though the posting said pet friendly, they do not allow cats! I traveled with my cat and they said they didn’t allow cats. Could have been disastrous but they allowed her to stay. pets are additional charges.
The complimentary breakfast. Nice staff who helped me with my card key to get inside the room. That's it.
To start, the card key is awful. I could not get the door open with the card no matter how slow, how fast, or what angle I put it in. It just didn't work. It's 102 degrees and I spent way more time than needed to try to get inside.
Next is the bathroom. When my son was taking a bath, he noticed the ceiling was dripping from the 2nd story. It was obvious that it was patched before but huge crack causing multiple leaks to come down in the tub while he was taking a bath. Who knows if that's sewer water, toilet water, or something else. Gross. Because of this, I was not able to take a shower myself. I told the front desk and showed him video/pics of it and the maintenance comes with a wrench and pipe tape. =(
Nice size refrigerator but too bad it never gets cold. AT least the ice machine wasn't too far away but the ice melted as I was waiting for someone to help me get back inside the room because of the key card issue.
Lastly, the walls of the room is like paper thin. I can hear everything so not really a good night's rest when I can hear someone thumping above me (I was on first floor) and outside with folks walking by or cars parking.
This is a very very sad location and Best Western can do way better than this.
Location
People knocking on my window and door throughout the night.
Good pillows. Good breakfast.
Overpriced. Water would not turn off after my shower. Had to call maintenance to shut it off, interrupting my time to be out of there by 11 am.
Friendly, professional staff upon checking in. Very clean room and parking lot. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great for hotels.
Put me in an exceptionally loud room near the main artery morning commute road. Traffic woke me up at 5 am and only got louder thru the morning could not sleep. They should double pain those windows in that wing of building
