Hotel in buona posizione se vuoi stare vicino al porto e ai parchi per passeggiare o pescare..la zona è abbastanza cara per mangiare ma è molto bella
e trovi di tutto, anche i market biologici molto grandi tipo ralphs..l'hotel ha il parcheggio coperto ma i posti viste le dimensioni delle auto in america, sono un po' stretti e ho trovato una sportellata sul lato guida appena dopo il ceck out che mi costerà parecchio al drop off dell'auto. stanze con bagno piccolo e rubinetti molto vecchi ma funzionanti, la moquette andrebbe sostituita perché puzza. confort acustico scarso. si sente tutto dalla strada e appena qualcuno nella stanza accanto usa il suo bagno, sembra più rumoroso di quello in stanza 🙄 la cassaforte non c'è e questa la trovo una grave mancanza perché chi viaggia ha sempre dietro qualcosa da proteggere tipo il passaporto o un pô di cash. l'aria condizionata è canalizzata e poco rumorosa anche se il clima di san diego era ottimo, non molto caldo e ventilato, quindi non l'abbiamo praticamente usata. nel complesso buon compromesso qualità prezzo

No hot water - condescending staff

Cons:

1. Handicap accessibility is limited in parking structures. And not clearly identified on arrival.
2. There is no hot water in Handicap room during the evening. There was hot water in the morning. However, my 93 year old mother was not able to shower before bed. I did inquire at the front desk. They kept yelling at me to pull the knob. I said it's a lever, not a knob. Seems like they don't even know their own installations. My mother was already in bed by 7 p.m., and I'm capable of turning on hot water. However, staff tried to blame the client. I think that's the worst... I really expect a partial refund.
3. My BW hotel rewards were not given, nor was I acknowledged upon arrival or departure.

Der Typ an der Rezeption versprach uns das Zimmer wäre um 14 Uhr fertig. Also warteten wir draußen 45 Minuten. Als wir zurück kamen sagte er, dass Zimmer wäre immer noch nicht fertig, wir sollten uns setzen, er ruft uns. 15 Minuten später sahen wir mit einer Tüte Essen weggehen! Auf Nachfrage bei seiner Kollegin sagte sie, das Zimmerpersonal wisse von nichts, wir sollen doch um 15 Uhr wiederkommen. 75 Minuten sinnlos verbrannte Zeit beim einem 1-Tages-Durchreise-Stopp!
