Overall would stay again.
Pros:

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants, State Street.
Breakfast good, fresh blueberries was bonus!

Cons:

Our room was on the second floor. Took elevator to that floor, but couldn’t roll the luggage rack to our room as there were some stairs, so unloaded and carried our bags to our room at the end of the hallway.

it was so nice to be across from the Harbor. i had some pleasant strolls. the staff was very helpful.

needs a new desk chair very uncomfortable. needs a couple hooks in bathroom for robes. carpet was dirty

Nothing really. We were there on a medical visit, not to sightsee.

Cons:

Parking was bad. I am handicapped, and you only had 1 handicap place to park. Balcony, if you call it that, was horrible. You have to be a child to enjoy it. Too small for 2 people. Lighting was terrible. The pictures online do not represent this hotel at all.

Lovely inn, close to wharf and marina. It’s a mile walk to the center of State St.
Pros:

Excellent location across from the marina. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Not near downtown and no info on public transportation.

Pros:

Excellent staff, lovely common spaces, excellent breakfast, very safe. Room was big, nice swimming pool, prompt housekeeping.

Disappointed! Won’t be staying there again.

It was close to the beach

Cons:

The hotel should have let us know that it was going through a remodel. We checked in, got to our room. It was clean but smelled funny. Air conditioner wasn’t working very well. Next day the water was shut off by 10 am without any notice. We needed to get ready for a wedding. Call the front desk, but he couldn’t help out. Wow, I couldn’t believe this. On top of everything, the parking lot was packed and messy with materials everywhere. Very disappointing especially for my first time in Santa Barbara. I still haven’t heard back from the manager. I would have thought that maybe they cared about their customers stay. But NO!
