We were at the 2nd floor the room was good and clean except that the occupant on the 3rd when he walks the stomping of the feet was terrible

Great place for quick weekend getaway!
Pros:

It was great waking up, getting ready and heading to the dining room for a breakfast that had hot and cold items ready to eat and go do activities fully charged. My room was comfortable and had a lovely little patio to drink some evening wine. Happy hour each night in the lobby was perfect and very relaxing, especially getting ready to go out for the evening. A very nice touch!

Cons:

There was construction going on at the room above mine, but they worked during the day, and I was out sightseeing all day.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Parking

Cons:

The rooms were fairly small and very thin walled. We could hear someone snoring through the wall. Late opening time on the pool meant we were unable to use it before needing to leave. Breakfast ingredients fairly cheap.

O quarto é excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom, considerando o padrão americano. A equipe muito prestativa e simpática. A localização é excepcional, visto que fica na avenida principal, próximo à praia.

Cons:

Houve somente uma situação que demorou para ser resolvida. A política do hotel é reter um valor de caução no check-in. Até aí, tudo bem. Acontece que o caução não foi devolvido nos primeiros dias após o check-out. Ao entrar em contato com o hotel, me foi informado para esperar até 10 dias que tudo ia se resolver. Após 10 dias, não havia retornado o valor do depósito. Entrei novamente em contato com o hotel e me falaram que não poderiam fazer mais nada e que era para entrar em contato com a operadora do cartão. Ao se comunicar com a operadora, ela me informou que não poderia estornar o valor do depósito, pois o hotel não havia pedido para cancelar o depósito. Somente após 32 dias que o valor foi estornado. Poderia ter sido resolvido mais rapidamente, pois precisava somente uma sinalização do hotel para a operadora.

La ubicación es muy buena, frente la playa y a unos 15' andando al centro. Tuvimos una habitación mini suite con una cama grande y un sofá cama. Todo muy cómodo. El baño muy cómodo también. El desayuno riquísimo y super variado!

Wonderful stay at the Beachside Inn right opposite the beach, almost hidden, pleasant place to play.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, although it was the same selection every day. Very well prepared, good tasting.
Location was amazing. Right on the beach, but towards the end of the hotel area, so not too crowded or crazy. Very central location, easy to walk around or rent bikes.
Room was large, very good size, although a little dated.

Cons:

An older structure. Building could use a little updating.
Room was a little dated too.
There are charging outlets for phones etc, but they are all slow chargers.
The homelessness in the area, but I don't think that is on the facility, just part of the area. People were moved on relatively quickly though, so it wasn't the same person hanging around all the time.
