Pros:

Surprised and pleased with the Wine & Cheese for happy hour in the Lobby. Breakfast was excellent, Room comfortable and the bed was marvelous. Location was perfection - across the street from the Marina and ZERO street noise. Truly exceeded my expectations.

Every staff member on site seemed customer focused and pleasant; that made this such a welcoming place. Entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The room configuration and furnishings were excellent, places to store your belongings (even two luggage racks in the two-bedded room), a table with two chairs, and outdoor balcony furniture. The balcony overlooking the park was a highlight! Generous breakfast offerings would be especially nice for families.

Cons:

Public places were sterile and uncomfortable. Minimal lobby area and seating and outdoor spaces unappealing. Breakfast room had loud music and videos, not at all a pleasant place to be. The bedding had a perfume scent, so much so that my clothing still retained the odor after returning home.

Cool getaway of construction wasn’t happening.
Pros:

The location was awesome. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

We came to relax. But there was work that was being done in the other rooms so during the day it wasn’t very quiet. I would’ve have liked maybe a waffle option for breakfast and to be able to have forks Togo.
