Unser Aufenthalt im Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Cam Ranh war insgesamt angenehm. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage schön.
Allerdings wirkt die Ausstattung langsam etwas alt, und im Zimmer gab es einen Geruch nach alten Möbeln.

Very disappointed with the way Wyndham’s reservation team handled this situation.
A booking confirmation email was supposedly sent, yet neither I nor the new staying guest received it. The only party who received the email was the booker. When I called to ask for assistance in checking and resending the email, instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the staff argued with me by saying things like: “What you said is not correct because the booker still received it.”
Honestly, I was quite shocked to experience this kind of communication from a hotel carrying the Wyndham brand. In the hospitality industry, especially for an international hotel brand, the minimum expectation should be professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to assist guests — not arguing about who is right or wrong while a guest is simply asking for help.
The staff later proactively added me on Zalo and sent screenshots showing that the email had been sent. However, after I followed their request and sent another email for them to process, there was not even a simple acknowledgment that my message had been received, nor any basic courtesy response.
These may seem like small details, but they reflect the overall quality of service and guest experience.

The resort is very clean and lovely. We spent 2 nights there and extremely love their food. All of their staff (especially those working in the restaurant at night) are suoer helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back in the near future!
The staff was excellent and always very helpful. The beach was lovely and we enjoyed our villa.
