Pros:

Очень красивая вилла и бассейн. В номере были ванна, удобная кровать, телевизор. В спортивном зале была беговая дорожка с очень красивым видом. Пляж чистый, лежаки в порядке. Гольф-кары, которые в любой момент подъезжают и забирают тебя отовсюду. Вежливые сотрудники. Вкусные коктейли. Красивый интерьер везде.

Cons:

Мы выбрали этот отель исключительно из-за наличия детского клуба, площадки и детских водных горок. По итогу - в детском клубе никто развлекать ребенка не будет, девушка, которая там стоит просто присматривает, чтоб дети не разбегались, сама комната очень маленькая, игрушек в комнате очень мало и большинство сломаны, играть не во что. Моя дочь (3,5 года) просто через 20 минут выбежала оттуда к нам в ресторан (который примыкает к этой "игровой"). Площадка и горки на самом солнце, без укрытия, поэтому детей там никаких не было, да и вечером тоже. В общем, все что касается детей тут сделано для галочки и реализовано очень плохо.
Обслуживание в ресторане было очень медленным, принимали наши заказы на ужин и напитки очень медленно и с ошибками. Еда была не очень вкусной. Нигде не было холодильников с водой, такая странность, вроде дорогой отель, но чтоб попить воды нужно обращаться к кому-то, где-то искать ее.
На пляже были буйки буквально через метра 4 от берега. Я не знаю всегда ли так, но если всегда, то это очень грустно плавать в таком ограниченном пространстве.
На территории резорта нет ни одного магазина, хотя он находится очень далеко от города.
Еще был неприятный момент с шаттлом до центра города. Мы заранее зарезервировали места из центра и несколько раз подтверждали, что поедем. В итоге, мы опоздали на 4 минуты и шаттл уехал без нас. Конечно, тут есть наша вина, не спорю. Но все таки, мы все время были на связи (в том числе и во вьетнамском мессенджере Zalo) и опоздали совсем чуть-чуть.
Затем мы попытались забронировать места на этот шаттл обратно в центр. Я написала через букинг вечером, накануне отъезда. Мне сказали, что все ок, только надо подтвердить на ресепшен. Утром мы подошли к ресепшн, но они сказали, что все места уже заняты. Удивительно, раз такой спрос, может такой крупный отель может два автобусе пускать? Я считаю, что вся эта история с шаттлами - это неуважение к гостям.
Это был уикенд день рождения мужа и мы были очень огорчены...

Trotzdem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Cam Ranh war insgesamt angenehm. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage schön.

Cons:

Allerdings wirkt die Ausstattung langsam etwas alt, und im Zimmer gab es einen Geruch nach alten Möbeln.

A booking confirmation email was supposedly sent, yet neither I nor the new staying guest received it. The only party who received the email was the booker. When I called to ask for assistance in checking and resending the email, instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the staff argued with me by saying things like: “What you said is not correct because the booker still received it.”

Honestly, I was quite shocked to experience this kind of communication from a hotel carrying the Wyndham brand. In the hospitality industry, especially for an international hotel brand, the minimum expectation should be professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to assist guests — not arguing about who is right or wrong while a guest is simply asking for help.

The staff later proactively added me on Zalo and sent screenshots showing that the email had been sent. However, after I followed their request and sent another email for them to process, there was not even a simple acknowledgment that my message had been received, nor any basic courtesy response.

These may seem like small details, but they reflect the overall quality of service and guest experience.

Great experience and value for money
Pros:

The resort is very clean and lovely. We spent 2 nights there and extremely love their food. All of their staff (especially those working in the restaurant at night) are suoer helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back in the near future!
