Very comfortable & convenient
Pros:

The decor was beautiful. View from our window was amazing, staff was friendly & very helpful.

Cons:

Overall a very pleasant stay & the location is awesome!
Pros:

Breakfast was OK - coffee was weak

Cons:

There needs to be more light in the "dressing room" portion of the bathroom - can't see to put your makeup on & a door that can be shut between "dressing area"/"bedroom" especially when a room is being shared.
Having to go down to the reception area to get water & coffee - why not have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels

Unique decor, clean, comfortable, but lacked some modern room amenities.
Pros:

The decor was definitely unique.

Cons:

What would really help improve future ratings might be to have a small refrigerator and/or microwave in each room. We refused take home leftovers from several local restaurants because we had no place to store them. Several staff at these restaurants stated they had heard that several times.

Great staff, location, clean, pool is lovely. Modern rooms.

Great hotel / motel. Staff are lovely. Pool is great. There a little dog relief area with fire pitts. Rooms are nice and updated. Clean!

Great Staff at Buxton
Pros:

The Buxton has a great staff, from everyone in the office all the way to all the kitchen team. Everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to acvomodate us.

Cons:

I love the funky design and really enjoyed using the bikes. We had decided to book at the Buxton to use the pool and jacuzzi which was not working while we were there. We were kind of bummed about the pool issue, but the night staff told is about the wellness facility. When we came down to inquire about using it the next morning, the team had a package waiting for us to go use it. That was so sweet!...Also, just realized this question was about what I 'didn't' like- nothing. You should be proud of your team working there, they are great!😊

Pros:

I liked the colors, style, of the rooms. Pink and black. Checkered floor etc. I liked that it had a bar. The food was good.

Cons:

My room didnt have a microwave or fridge. There was.no breakfast yet it is supposed to be a best western?

Without a mini fridge and a coffee maker I have no interest in ever staying there again.
Pros:

The decor is kind of fun and funky. It looks a little like a blend of the roaring 20s and the 60s decor. If you like the color pink, peach, gold and maroon it's your place.

Cons:

They are targeting a very specific individual. If you want a coffee maker, mini fridge or ice maker you are out of luck. Not sure why they would think all of their guests would want to walk or drive somewhere for a cup of coffee instead of having that an option in the room let alone not being able to have a few food or drinks cold since you do not have a mini fridge. They will eventually have red light therapy if that's your jam.
