Pros:

Every time I come to Santa Barbara, this is my go to spot to stay. They have EXCELLENT rooms, GREAT customer service, and a PHENOMENAL restaurant. Their staff (Myryam & Michelle) is 5 Stars Plus. If you want a great place to stay, at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend you try this place 🙌

We got up graded for free. The size of the room was good.

The coffee pot did not work. No tv in the second bedroom. Needs a little more decoration

Quiet, walkable

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working. Windows opened, but no cross ventilation. It was blistering hot in the room. Hard to sleep in such heat. We should have been offered a price reduction

Very disappointed with limited parking situation!
Cons:

When I returned after the concert, there were no parking spaces anywhere! I had to sit in my car and wait until somebody left their work shift with the motel to have a place to park my car!

I servizi, la pulizia, la grandezza della stanza, l’ambiente che da proprio la sensazione di essere in vacanza

Cons:

Lavanderia self service chiude troppo presto (9pm) ed ha solo una lavatrice ed una asciugatrice, però comoda e funzionante
Check in molto “business”, poche info per il turista che vengono date su richiesta, nessuna info sui servizi dell’hotel che ho scoperto girovagando per la struttura

We had great time at this hotel and it contributed to the memory of our stay in Santa Barbara.
Pros:

We thought the meal options at the on-site cafe were great. My wife loved the heated pool and the whirlpool. We never had to worry about parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We really don't have any negative comments.
