Lovely rooms, great location
Pros:

Lovely room, super clean, very comfortable beds. Location is great, in a lovely residential neighbourhood just 5 minutes drive to downtown. Lovely diner, The Live Oak Café, is adjacent & definitely worth a visit. There's a nice pool area, too.
