Everything was just fine. Room size and bedding was very nice. Room had windows on both sides as well as climate control (AC) which made it very comfortable - being able to open a window that did not face the hallway/parking lot was nice.
For some reason I sensed the property was larger, with more room to "play" - it's just a bit of lawn surrounded by a parking lot and then the building around that.
Instal·lacions, insonorització de les habitacions, comoditat del llit, atenció del personal de recepció, entorn tranquil i agradable.
Lavabo una mica antiquat però funcional.
Breakfast was good. Property was in a great location and clean. Staff were very friendly.
The room had a real bad musty smell. The pillows were very hard and overly thick. We got very little sleep due to having to shut the air conditioner off at night due to it being extremely loud. The room became very hot at that point. We tried opening the window but the noise from other air conditioners were very loud as well. We visit Gunnison at least once or twice a year but not sure if we will stay here again.
Clean and well kept rooms, great outdoor courtyard at the front of the property, and breakfast.
Somewhat antiquated feel of the rooms, although I know this is not a new hotel.
100% enjoyed our stay, short as it was. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed! Second floor room was clean and comfortable. Very nice shampoo conditioner and bath gel provided. Great views from the fir pit/picnic area. Breakfast was fresh and complete. (We knew it would be good when we saw guests lining up at 7:00 AM. ) Homemade bakery items, delicious fresh fruit, eggs and more! The front desk is very accommodating, we asked if our boarding passes cold be printed and within 5 minutes the desk called to say they were ready! For Gunnison, this would be your best bet! First floor is pet friendly and you should be aware that there is no elevator.
We stayed three nights and used The Inn as a base camp for Black Canyon and Crested Butte. Affordable, friendly staff, clean comfortable room, pet friendly. Nice outside common area to chill after a day exploring.
beautiful location and quiet
exceptional breakfast, great seating area in the shade of trees, quiet location, definitely recommended
The location
I had to pay full price and the hot and pool were closed.
The grounds and staff are all nice
The breakfast is amazing
Good breakfast!!
The free breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, muffins, etc. The Inn is at an excellent location and the room was clean and comfortable.
I did not like having to pay an extra $20 per day for my dog. I would have preferred to know in advance that I was expected to pay this fee.
Conveniently located on our route across the Rockies and ideal for going to Crested Butte in the evening for a "local" Rum distillery and bar ( https://www.montanyarum.com/visit ) . Typical motel style set back from the road in nicely kept grounds. Photos are of Crested Butte.
I missed the fact there was no lift and with a dodgy knee getting the luggage to the first floor was uncomfortable.
