No one answers the phone.
Pros:

No one answers the phone. Cannot leave a message. Cannot make a direct reservation. Most of these hotels now direct to Reservation Desk, in which there's a non-refundable $19 fee.

A Mysterious Disappearance
Pros:

The room was very nice, but the proprietor disappeared during the night. There was no access to the office and no breakfast set up the next morning. Not sure what was going on but it didn't leave us with a great impression.

Go somewhere else.
Pros:

I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars on Tripadvisor. When you drive up we weren't sure it was open from the looks of it but we were tired and had already paid on line for the room. The office door was locked. A man came and let us in to check in. It's a motel not an inn or suites. You park outside your door. Ice is in the office. Again had to get the man to let us in. No cups in the room, one hanger, teeny sliver of soap, lamp didn't work by the bed, outlets didn't work by the vanity, toilet had issue flushing. We didn't bother going back to the office to ask about anything. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the refrigerator worked well and it was cheap. No one was in the office when we checked out but a sign on the door said they weren't serving breakfast.

Run don’t stop here!
Pros:

This is not a 4. The room is filthy with dead bugs in the window sill. The bed is lumpy and there is a dust layer on everything. The place looks closed. I do not recommend this. I just hope we don’t leave with buggy friends. Bad neighborhood. Really scary.

Pros:

We like to stay here on our way to Colorado. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with frig and microwave. We enjoy the wonderful restaurant.

A welcome respite after a long day.
Pros:

I was greeted by a friendly, helpful desk clerk. The room exceeded my expectation...very well appointed. I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long drive. The breakfast had many options, both hot and cold.

Cons:

I can't think of a thing that I would change. Great accommodations at a reasonable price.

Pros:

The worst Room 220 had too numerous stains and holes in the carpet. Fire detector covered in plastic. Freezer in fridge had 3 inches of ice--unusable. Mattresses sagged in the middle--like sleeping in hammock. Didn't even have a toilet paper holder. Just the pits.
