Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Locally owned and managed with attention to detail. Room was very clean, the grounds are maintained with pride. Beds were comfortable. Truly a wonderful experience to be treated so well and feel like you get your money's worth. Pool is lovely and clean as well. This is where to stay in Zephyrhills.

The staff that I encountered were all kind

Cons:

When I arrived, I immediately noticed there were dirty socks laying in the middle of the floor of my room. Then I noticed one of the beds was very dirty as though it had been remade dirty and not swapped out then I noticed the microwave was dirty, There was blood and feces smeared on the door frame of the bathroom lots of mildew in the shower and the sink, toilet didn’t flush correctly the entire stay. There was food debris littered throughout the floor very loud guests partying throughout the night outside. I addressed some of these issues with the manager. He said that he would refund half of my stay. I was cool with that. He sent someone into “clean“ my room when I got back to the room. The only thing that had been done was both beds were remade with fresh linens seemingly the microwave was wiped. There was a fresh roll of toilet paper that wasn’t previously there and the socks were gone. Outside of that the other issues were not addressed for the amount of money that I paid. I expected at least a mostly clean room at best I will not be back.

Pros:

I didn't try breakfast at the hotel. The wife likes a sit down restaurant.

Cons:

My wife's only complaint (very rare) was the smell of the soap. I had no complaints. What impressed me was when we first walked. June South Florida day. 98 degrees. Room air wasn't on. Hot and humid but it smelled fresh. Pool beautiful. Landscape nice.

Great place to stay...I'll be back!
Pros:

Location was exactly what I wanted close to my brother. The pool was clean and inviting unfortunately we didn't have time to swim.

Cons:

The only draw back is that they didn't turn on the AC prior to our arrival. Although it didn't take to terribly long for the room to cool down it would have been nice to walk into a cool room.
