The only good thing about our stay was that the towels were clean.

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the pictures shown on the booking website. We stayed in room 56, and it was very disappointing. The room was dirty and had a strong musty smell. The bathroom was also dirty, and the toilet even had old urine stains on the side. Although we booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone had smoked there before we arrived. We checked in very late during our road trip, so it was too late to find another place to stay.

Pros:

The property was very clean and quiet, rooms refurbished and looking really great, rooms are very clean and smell fresh even my 8 years old son recognized the difference since we always got room there whenever we visiting family in Dade City area.
