It was clean.
Had no lights had to wait for maintenance. Was told once I got there I had to pay a deposit which was not stated. O also asked for a downstairs room and was told there was none available however before I went to bed there were at least 6 open downstairs room that were still empty when I left at 5am.

that i reserved a room my second n8ght useing booking .com and the motel owner said my room wasent paid the second night useing booking .com but the funds were debited from my cash app card and all iend up haveiing to pay cash for my room

It was very dirty. The carpets left my son's white socks black. The AC did not work. Overall it was very uncomfortable.
It was right off the interstate on our way down to the keys.
Our first stay was decent, our second stay on the way back home, not good. Our room wasn’t done, our bedding was in a pile in the corner, we had no towels and then we had a huge cockroach in our room. The building was falling apart. Upon leaving my child had a glass of their orange juice from their breakfast and spilled it in the room, so we had to go ask for a towel and cleaned it up and then they charged my card an additional fee saying we damaged/stained a towel. I’ve never had a hotel do this. We won’t be back.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty when we checked in, and throughout our stay we were never given clean towels or fresh sheets when we ask for them. The bathtub was broken, several lights and electrical outlets didn’t work, and the pool was always dirty.
What upset me the most was how the staff treated us. I felt like we were singled out and treated differently than other guests. The staff corrected and watched us while ignoring other people doing the same things, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
For the price we paid, I expected a clean room, working amenities, and respectful customer service. Instead, I left disappointed and would not recommend staying here. I won’t be coming back.

Wasn’t clean. Rotten milk left in fridge. Roach on floor. Mattress dirty. Door had crack in it showing light from outside. Door battery magnet was missing
