Good location.

Cons:

The beds just had sheets on them. We called and asked for blankets they told us they would bring some to us in a min. I offered to come get them and they told us they would bring them and never did. Called multiple times. The TV had no power cord and then when they fixed that it was shattered so they had to bring another TV in.

Dirty appearing. Mystery eccretions on floor /walls. eroded finish on bathtub. Questionable clientele roaming about grounds late at night.

ease of entry. room was clean when we got there

Cons:

broken chair wedged into a corner, no house keeping, breakfast was short. milk was used up and not replaced till next morning. need better variety of fruit, and breads. eggs were gross. had breakfast off campus .

It was much better than the Day'a Inn at the Kentucky/ Tennessee border at Jelico.
Pros:

The breakfast included hot protein type of food among other things. The shower pressure was excellent. Included an iron and ironing board and pool plus a hot tub which we did not get to use. Large fridge with a freezer as well was a plus. The staff were very friendly and eager to help with problems in the breakfast area.

Cons:

The orange juice machine was not working properly.. orange juice was like The desk clerk has to take care of everything plus all the needs for the breakfast area. He worked very hard to keep up with all the demands, but he could not very easily. Extra help should be hired for the breakfast hours so he can be at the desk full time.

Cons:

I did not stay. As soon as my family pulled into the parking lot, I called to cancel. The place is down a little hill BEHIND a run down gas station and A LIQUOR STORE. Questionable people were walking around the facility. I did not feel safe even getting out of the car. Bookin.com should be ashamed of even having this place as an option.
