Absolutely nothing. Horrible horrible horrible. I booked this place through booking.com with completely different images than what in reality the place looks like. It’s deplorable especially if you have small children. I walked out didn’t keep my reservation and no one wants to refund my money. It’s smells like cigarettes, the rooms are filthy and the outside is dirty. People smoking weed on milk cartons outside the rooms and the person in the check in area said it’s an old building and they try their best to keep up with the place. In my mind this place needs to be shut down.

Cons:

It’s deplorable. Not in living conditions at all especially with a family with small children.

Inexpensive rooms, dirty bathrooms, loud AC
Pros:

Close to roads and intersections for travel around Sanford and there was fast food nearby, not even a cheap continental breakfast. Gas and snack mart nearby (drivable) would not walk

Cons:

Fenced in like a prison, kind of creepy, did not want to explore the property to look for any soda or snack or ice machines as it was a very long property and did not feel safe. pool is on front of property facing the road, so you can wave at people driving by, not private.

It was ok for one night. Room was clean.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable but had a stain on the sheets that looked like poop. Didn’t see it till morning. Only had a partial role of toilet paper. Only had one small bar of soap that we had to take back and forth between shower and sink. Soap not very good, would not lather up. Sink faucet was loose, could move it when turning on the water.
