Unprofessional Staff
Pros:

Location is great but staff is bad. Front desk lady was new and clueless and even told me it was her second day so you know how that goes. We get there around eight and we walk in at the same time as a customer and she couldn’t figures something out and had to call higher up and we were waiting for 20 minutes. Then I tell her I paid and book for hotel and she couldn’t explain to me why she needed my card, what she’s charging, and I told and showed her I paid online. I was getting frustrated and she had to call higher up again! Get into the room and there was nats, flies, and blood stains on 2 towels. We turned them in and asked for new ones the same night and we found a little one on another! Next day she told me “ we had a meeting and it wasn’t us, it was you guys. ask your partner.” That made me so upset and I wished I took pictures but their white towels and why would we turn them in if we caused it and we just go there, doesn’t make sense. First and last time at a best western.

Nice value for money stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable , lovely service, good location

Cons:

Windows facing the passage, no privacy, no view, half-transparent or one-way transparent blinds would be helpful.
Poor WiFi coverage!!!

Great stay in the middle of it all
Pros:

Great location. The staff was super friendly in explaining everything, and gave us recommendations on what to do in the town. The rooms were newly remodeled, and with great amenities

Cons:

The property is multi level, so there are some stairs to different parts of the property, but that is more of a characteristic of the location, and not of the property.

We had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this hotel.

We arrived slightly later than announced, around 10:00 PM, due to very heavy rain. Because of the weather conditions, we were unable to read the messages that the hotel claims to have sent us beforehand. We were a group of five people, including two elderly guests and one pregnant woman.

When we arrived, the reception was closed. We had to call the front desk, and a staff member eventually came. Instead of helping us with our confirmed reservation, he told us that “exceptionally” he would only accept to accommodate us if we paid for a more expensive booking. We did not agree to this unexpected price increase.

At that point, his attitude became aggressive and unprofessional. He repeatedly pointed at the door and clearly indicated that he did not want us to stay at the property. Despite the late hour (around 10:20 PM), the heavy rain, and the vulnerable situation of our group, he made every effort to force us to leave.

The staff member made personal remarks, increased the price again, and behaved in a way that felt discriminatory and hostile.

In the end, we were effectively thrown out of the property late at night, in the rain, with elderly people and a pregnant woman, despite having a reservation.

This experience was unacceptable and deeply upsetting. We would strongly advise future guests to be cautious.

Breakfast The basics are less than basic in quantity and quality,The food,only eggs,few of them are no kids freindly nor too healthy,for some people.We have no alternative,like potatoes,or omlette,or a any paties, we passed on egg.No yougurt,nor other diaryWe can had tea,a boiled egg,and not replenish for some sweets, that others were lucky to grab,We decide to go to a pastry place.But ,the place has a coffee machine with coffee specialities ,this a good thing.
the person replenish the place was absent.Looks that the place is just for tea,and bread,and if find one ,egg.Dissapointing to see the prices are go up,like everything else,but the hotel also cut in food choices,quality and more.Icluding breakfast is the word for almost "basic.bestwestern plus,and premium are offering more choices,I was under impression this hotel is basic,but the food offreing is considering snacks,and few concentrate juices.
