Free Bikes, a Fantastic Location, and the Most Comfortable Bed!
Pros:

You really can’t beat the location of this Best Western! It is right across the street from the falls, with a beautiful area for walking and biking. One of the most enjoyable surprises was that the hotel provides bicycles for guests to use for free. We took a long early morning bike ride and absolutely loved it!

The fitness room could have used a little more equipment, but it was adequate for a smaller hotel. The breakfast was just okay, but every staff member we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Best of all, the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Between the fantastic location, free bicycles, friendly staff, and incredibly comfortable bed, we really enjoyed our stay!

Don't Tell Anyone...Stay Here
Pros:

I can't speak highly enough about this place. If I had to mention who was the most friendly or helpful I wouldn't be able to pick out anyone in particular. All the staff here that we encountered were amazing.

The rooms are very comfortable and quite clean.

Breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelettes...yum!

The pool and hot tub areas looked incredible, but unfortunately we had no time to use them.

The location is across the street from the middle of the falls and there is much to see and do within walking distance of the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to stay. I'm almost afraid to let the word out!

Salteaua foarte rea, prea moale. Ne-am trezit cu dureri de spate, noi fiind obișnuiți cu o saltea fermă.

I will repeat what another reviewer said: I wish all motels could be like this one!!!
We went for an overnight business trip. The whole thing, start to finish, was excellent. I just can’t say enough about how great everything was. Everyone super friendly and helpful, room spotless, bed really comfy, room nice and cool when we arrived, very, very quiet. We were on second floor, there were patio chairs and table to sit outside, view of Snake River and the falls. Breakfast was delicious! If you are going to Idaho Falls or beyond, stay here!
