Not the best stay of our trip.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful and lady working it was very pleasant.

Cons:

Felt like they didn't care we stayed. Couldn't find the reservation in file. Came 15 minutes too early and had to come back. Again couldn't find the reservation in file. Placed in room in the very back. Told to use entry 7 when entry 6 was feet from the elevator and the elevator was feet from our room. Didn't give information on where to find breakfast, had to ask later. Just didn't feel very welcome. Could have chosen other places so will probably do that next time.

I wouldn’t stay there again because of my check In issues.
Pros:

I felt the snack machines were fair priced. Having the extra hour for grownups in the pool without small children from 10:00 to 11:00 pm. The hot tub worked. It was very clean.

Cons:

I paid ahead and pre registered about car and guests info. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour and a half when I went to check in at 3:00. Was told my room had not been cleaned yet. Was not offered any discount for my time. We were only there for a day so missed out on what we had planned for that day. We were a half hour away from Galena, Illinois where we had things planned. Came back to the hotel to change clothes and get ready but couldn’t get into our room. Instead of charging $75 deposit since I booked through a third party booking.com was charged $150 deposit. Thought that was ridiculous!

Overall it was great. Our room was clean it just smelled like urine.
Pros:

commons area was great meaning check in, pool, and activity area.

Cons:

Our room smelled like urine and the breakfast area was way to small for the amount of people the hotel holds. I will say our room looked clean it just had the weird smell of urine in it.

Will def stay there again.
Pros:

Front desk gentleman addressed me by my last name when We returned to hotel. Lady was also nice. Spent 2 days. Loved the breakfast that was different both days. Nice and hot.
