Pros:

The staffs were so nice! They made our stay as easy as possible. Shout out to Orlitha(?)!

Cons:

The elevator was broken. The ice machine was broken. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken. There was a big trash bin at the back of one of the booths in the breakfast buffet. Open and not covered.

Pros:

The staff personnel were friendly and helpful. There was someone cleaning in the common area frequently. Breakfast was typical but good and served in their restaurant hall and people overflowed into the restaurant so no crowding to eat. Very nice atmosphere. The hot tub was huge. Pool huge! Clean!!! There was pool table, ping pong, air hockey and other arcade type games. Highly recommend this hotel! Only room for improvement would be to replace a few jets in the hot tub and adjust pressure up if possible.

Loud pool area on weekends.
Pros:

The pool area was very noisy. So hard to have a conversation. I wish we would have been offered a conference room for more family time. For what we all spent for rooms, it would have been a nice gesture to offer a quieter room. Otherwise we all had a great time.

Great location in relation to where we were playing baseball. Room was spacious with a very large bathroom for a hotel.

Cons:

The activity area with swimming pool and table games was very loud. The noise radiated into our room almost as if our door were open. This was ongoing from about 9 am until the area closed between 10 pm and 11 pm. A little difficult to sleep and relax comfortably. We were there exclusively for baseball, not these other activities.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was much better than I expected. Had scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties. Really good home fries and even had biscuits and gravy.
