Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine großzügige Wohnung, mit tatsächlich 4 Balkonen, an der Balkontüre im Schlafraum mit Fliegennetz. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof Binz, zum Strand weniger als 10 Minuten zu laufen.

Cons:

Leider war der Saunabereich nicht so ruhig wie erwartet. Spielende Kinder rissen mehrfach die Tür auf und rannten durch den Bereich, wodurch die entspannte Atmosphäre gestört wurde. Im Sommer ist bei geöffneten Fenstern der Verkehr gut hörbar, sodass es zeitweise etwas lauter sein kann.

Fräsht, bra och hyggligt nära stranden.
Pros:

Mycket fräscht, snyggt och välutrustat. Bra storlek, svalt (vi hade rummet länst ner på skuggsidan). Trevlig personal. Bra parkeringsgarage nära en trappa ner.

Cons:

Tyvärr röker många, så svårt att ha altandörren öppen ibland. Vår uteplats var ingen man vill sitta på. Trång bakom en häck utan utsikt (bättre på våning två som har balkonger). En överaskande "skatt" + garageavgift tillkom på runt 1600:- när vi checkade ut (!)

Great apartments for family stay
Pros:

Everything was great, apartments were spotless, well quipped, spacious. Great thing they have sauna and pool for when weather is moody.

A great location for a family trip to Binz, to visit the city center and the beach.
Pros:

The hotel is practically next to the train station, so this was very convenient to avoid long transitions between the hotel and the train for arrival and departure. It is located a 10 min walk from the beach and also 10 mins away from shops and bakeries. In fact, everything was in walking distance. The hotel itself is relatively new and has spacious apartments. Breakfast was as to be expected in a hotel of this category - nothing exceptional, though. Breakfast times were well-organised to avoid collisions with other guests.

Room rates overall were normal Binz levels - not overly pricy, but also not really cheap.

The overall experience was a very positive one.

Cons:

The indoors swimming pool was relatively small and permanently crowded with families with small children. We could not really use that.

The two apartments we got for four persons were both quite spacious. If one of them had two bathrooms and the "living room" would be fitted with two extra beds, one apartment would have been quite sufficient for us, though. As a family of four, we had to get two apartments, which made this trip more expensive in comparison to places offering four-person family apartments.

Keep the doors to the pool closed, otherwise...
Pros:

The most of the staff at this hotel is amazing. The hotel itself is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the beach and the promenade with tons of restaurants and cafes. The pool is small, but very nice. And the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.

Cons:

There was one staff member who berated us for having the outer door to the pool open, as apparently it should remain closed because of the pool climate. All good. However, there is no information that the doors need to remain closed (even though it's ridiculous since the temperature was so high, it was difficult to breathe), and also, all of what he said could have been said in a calmer, lower voice, without assuming we are stupid.

The check-in was smooth thanks to the automatic machine they have.

Wunderschöner Kurztrip nach Binz
