Pros:

the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent

Cons:

My room was not what I expected. I request a early check in for 12-1pm and received a email saying it was approved, but once we arrived they claim it was no record of a early check in even after I showed them the email approving it. we was ask if we wants to be on the the first floor or second floor. we pick the second floor. after driving around for 3 hours until check in at 3pm they finally gave us a room on the first floor and the view was a tree and fence on the side of the hotel.

The staff was great.

The room I booked did not have the right size AC unit for the size of the room. Had ants in the bathroom and my son broke out from the chemicals in the pool. We left early.

Friendly staff clean entrance bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool needed some serious upgrades and major work done to it , the flooring in pool area was coming apart and not coated well so it felt like you were walking on stones all the time. The door lock in my room was extremely lose and screws were not attached very well. I didnt feel very secure.

Breakfast was okay, waffles were great. Everything else was subpar.

Cons:

The shower didn’t have a door, the room smelled old and musty. The window was small and the room was old and outdated.
