Pros:

The property is in a great location.

Cons:

Our room was very musty and the bathroom has no ventilation. We didn’t realize it until one of us use it.

Pros:

I found a very good value and reliable support during my stay. Good staff - great amenites. I was pleasantly surprised that a member of the marketing team at Evergreen reached out to me and that his offer was still good some time later when I came to try it. I think this will be my favorite place to stay when I am working the Marshall area.

Nice stay
Pros:

Bed was amazing. Bathroom was small. Didn't get to use pool was closed when we arrived due to time. Outside was dark no lights at night

Pros:

Breakfast was as expected for a typical hotel breakfast. Was good and hot and had a few options. Just enough to satisfy my needs.

Cons:

I asked for more towels and was told they would be delivered and never received them. Reminded them later and still did not get them for our stay.
Loud team outside until after 3 am blaring music, staff told us if they were outside there was nothing they could do.

Great place to stay! Will stay again next year for sporting clays state tournament!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Would like to see more fruit options. Room was very clean.

Home away from home!
Pros:

We have stayed at EverSpring multiple times over the last 8 years. It is our favorite hotel in the area. We particularly love the WARM, FRIENDLY STAFF like Ms. Kaitie at the front desk, and the large open pool area. At this point, we generally rebook a year in advance. We stayed at a different hotel one year because of pool renovations and definitely felt the difference in staff and convenience of the large pool area. We always get poolside rooms and use the tables in this area for a daily home base for the entire family. While the included breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast, the dining room is large, allowing for comfortable seating even for our large family. The rooms have always been clean, and the beds and pillows comfortable. It has never been a problem to get extra towels or blankets when needed.

Pretty average stay. There were a lot of kids . There must have been a competition in town.

Not worth it!
Pros:

Noisy, musty and damp smelling rooms, sand paper towels plus ones with other else’s hair on them that was found while using them! Average beds and basic breakfast. Pool entertained kids at least and only adult saving grace was the 507 restaurant attached.
