Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, large parking lot, & they allowed a late checkout.
The hot tub in the room was really old & not the cleanest, so we didn't even use it, which was disappointing. The window view was looking into the pool room, & the noise from the people in the pool area was really loud & echoing. The blinds on the window were partially broken, which let in light from the pool area the whole night, & there weren't any curtains to cover it up. The breakfast choices were minimal & breakfast ended at 9:30am instead of 10:00am like at a lot of other places.
The room was very comfortable this time. The heater was not too loud. And the staff is very friendly and helpful

Easy access close to restaurants and roads and stores alike, the room we had booked wasn't available so they upgraded our room for the same price.
The only thing was we had trouble connecting to the Internet, and as it turned out we never were able to.
I liked the pool. Although it was advertised that a hot tub was available with my reservation, I found out later that there was no hot tub and the closest thing they had was specific suites came with a jacuzzi in the room, which mine did not. I also liked the TV setup in the room being at the foot of the bed and the sort of night light built into the headboard. Also the showers were spacious enough for two people to share and no issues with running out of hot water.
The lack of advertised hot tub, a sudden and unexpected intrusion into the room by the hotel night shift manager at midnight while my family and I were attempting to sleep. The only thing that stopped them was the latch lock at the top of the door. Apparently there was a misunderstanding that the room was vacant when it wasn't, but such a thing should never have happened. And for what the price tag covered, the overall experience and service was felt to be sorely lacking. A complimentary single cup coffee pot with coffee grounds included that smelt absolutely disgusting. Keep in mind it was meant to be shared with up to 4 adults, I dont know anyone who only drinks one cup of coffee, but only one pack was included regular and two decaf. When asking for more, they said they would get more and never did. The rooms themselves were okay, but I remember when I stayed in super 8 in Bedford Texas for 2/3 of the cost and got better service and quality than this. I understand inflation has affected everyone but if they have to fix one thing, have proper communication between the staff and make sure that they have updated records of whether a room is vacant or not. Theres no reason for hotel staff to attempt entering an occupied room at midnight when the occupants are sleeping, not to be disturbed.

The property is dated and shabby looking, but clean. Our room was comfortable, but somewhat inconveniently arranged.
Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, and my overall experience was very good.
We came in real late but they were ready for us. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet and safe. Nice location for a quick stop over.
There was a lip balm container next to bed when we got to the room. The ac/heat fan on high would vibrate. Rest of the room was acceptable. Was very quiet in the motel. Staff was very friendly.
The bathroom could use an update or at least a new tub and shower. The outside looks like it could use some cleaning up of cigarette butts. Everything else was good.
