Overall, the stay was excellent.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of towels in the room. Nice and quiet. Great employee's. They were very professional and polite.

Cons:

Would have liked the option to upgrade to a jacuzzi tub room. Mattress on bed was a little hard for me, but my husband loved it.

We liked the jacuzzi tub, and the size of the room.
That was it.

Cons:

There were roaches on the sink, bathroom floor and crawling on the couch. The heat never would rise above 68 and heat was set on 78. There was no microwave as shown the.photos and description on the listing. The lobby attendant was rude the first encounter and phone call. Won't be going back. Better to book elsewhere for the price.

Amazing and relaxfull
Pros:

It was nice, quiet, clean and cozy . Loved the jacuzzi tub and the fact it still had a shower and tub in the bathroom. Couch, chair ,coffee table, mini fridge and 2 tvs. 1 in the living room and a bigger one in the bedroom, and the linens for the bed were amazing and light and airy keeping us cool and comfortable all night( wish i knew where to buy the linens you guys use). Coffee pot and anything we needed was within 2/3 miles of the hotel.. beautiful stay and is definitely on our stay again list..

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Cons:

the room did not have microwave, you could hear every time somebody took a shower. the property could be a little cleaner example there were butts all over the parking lot.

Definitely a good value for you dollar.
Pros:

It was a decent room for the price and the breakfast was very nice.

Acceptable, nice staff.
Cons:

More accessible ice machines on EACH floor. Microwave in each room. Soap shelf in shower/tub area. Trash can by bathroom sink. Reliable elevator.

Good experience.
Pros:

The room was clean and very nice.

Cons:

The facility was a little older and I wasn't expecting to enter from the outside. I was on the ground floor which I normally like but right off the parking lot and there was a window to the hallway. It made me a little nervous at first but I got used to it. I was also far away from the breakfast so it just wasn't convenient and I had a foot injury. Therefore, I never ate the breakfast.

I have a location we usually stay at and this time it was full, so I saw an opening at Best Western and it was amazing a

Everything except the group a few doors down smoking weed in front of their door.

The hillside was not the best but it was no problem.
