Needs a lot more work
Pros:

Location and front desk staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

First room was still being renovated, found out after they gave it to us. Second room, floor and sheets had stains on them. Beds were very uncomfortable, a/c stopped working half way through the night.

The room appeared to be clean.

Cons:

However, there were a lot of stink bugs in the room. There was an odor in the room.Maybe because of before it used to be a smoking room, I don't know.But the odor was not very comfortable.
