Nice, comfortable, and relaxing.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Needed an iron, got it right away. The breakfast was hot. Unlke many others stays at hotels that offered just cold options. Bed was comfortable and room was comfortable. TV worked well.

Cons:

Could have had a mirror in the bedroom. And, some way to hang our clothes.

Didnt like the told me id get 50 dollar security fee back and they never gave it back to me even after i called and talked to them about it.

Pleasant and clean facility with a great staff.
Pros:

Room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels for me and relatively quiet being so close to the highway. Breakfast was tasty but needed resupplied with more things when I was there a little before 9. Breakfast went til 10) Staff was very pleasant, and I enjoyed the free small bag of popcorn from the lobby when I came in for the evening.

Cons:

Trying to get into and out of the road the motel was on was terrible. Traffic heavy and divided highway did not allow for specific turns. GPS brings you in through the fast food drive cut-thru , and that was a minefield. The bed could have been a little more firm for me but was comfy. Lost power on TV wall sometime during the night and my alarm clock did not go off. (There wasn't a clock in the room). There were ony two available plugs in the room and I had three items that needed charging overnight. Had to put one in bathroom next to the sink. Sink was pretty but not pracical. Too high for me, a short person and the faucet should be extented further over the sink bowl. There wasn't any kleenex in bathroom or sink space to adequately put toiletries on. There wasn't an area to hang up my coat or any clothing I wanted to get out of the suitcase. There was a coffee pot and cups in the room, but no coffee or condiments. Though the breakfast pancakes tasted good there wasn't any taste to the syrup, very bland.

Kind of got what expected for price in area.

Toilet seat was about to fall off. I tightened it. Barely any water coming out of the shower. I removed the shower head and fixed the filter. Drawer front on middle drawer of dresser is not attached and fell off in my hand. Refrigerator makes a lot of noise (an issue when trying to sleep). Many items not replenished during breakfast but we made it work. Bad smell in room and hallway.

Pros:

I liked the pool, hot tub, sauna, and breakfast food. It's off highway and I was surprised we didn't really hear the traffic.

Cons:

The bed was kinda hard and breakfast area too small.

We did not get to stay due to power

We didn't want like anything please didn't have power we could not check it in we couldn't even stay there I'm mad

The place did not have power we could not check in we could not stay there I was mad the guy at the front was a very mean man he was an Arab or whatever the hell you want to call him I did not enjoy anything about that place
