Even though this hotel was on the old side, its location, staff and amenities made it a great stay! Thank you!
Pros:

Easy to find and only a couple miles off the highway. Great amenities! Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

It’s a bit on the old side. Rooms could use an update.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at and we travel a lot.
Pros:

Pet friendly is nice but that’s about it

Cons:

There were bugs in the ice machine, there were no towels in the pool area and when we walked down to the front desk soaking wet they said “we have to call someone” which we thought meant by radio but no he had to call someone from home to come in and get pool towels for us- I asked if he could get any towels and he said no - my 2 kids, my husband and I were wet and cold walking the hallway almost falling on the tile flooring to try to get to the dirty towels in our room because we waiting over an hour for towels- towels were brought to us right when the oool close but only 2 small towels that the employee slammed down on the shelf and stood and watched us get ready to leave because he was trying to close the pool. Breakfast was advertised as 6-10 we arrived at 8:40 and nothing was left no coffee no hot food not even yogurt- we asked for more and she said “there’s coffee in the lobby” and proceeded to put out more waffle batter which wasn’t even empty she didn’t fill anything else. Booking.com should not want to be associated with this nightmare of a hotel.

We couldn’t stay because of final straw, the gross bugs. My grandchildren were terrified.

Cockroaches and spiders and gnats in the room
Weird smells in the hallway
The vending machine didn’t work and they refused to refund all my money
The hotel manager was exceptionally rude and told me that my grandchildren’s fear was insignificant when we spoke to him about the cockroaches
My grandchildren were crying and refusing to go back in the room.
The shredded stained curtains didn’t help
I was too rattled by the situation that I didn’t think to take pictures of the bugs.

Pros:

The front desk guy was really rude. They send a text message asking if you'd like a late check out, I replied yes. After I lay down to try to get 2 more hours of sleep before work They then pound on my door, call my room and demand that I come up and pay the late fee right now. After I already replied to their text message. I just got up and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone that works nights or wants a general feeling of hospitality.
