Lots of parking, awesome sauna, and the breakfast actually tasted great

I did not like the people hanging in the halls, the pot smoking inside the hotel and the security door on my building was not working.

Cockroaches and spiders and gnats in the room

The vending machine didn’t work and they refused to refund all my money
The hotel manager was exceptionally rude and told me that my grandchildren’s fear was insignificant when we spoke to him about the cockroaches
My grandchildren were crying and refusing to go back in the room.
The shredded stained curtains didn’t help
I was too rattled by the situation that I didn’t think to take pictures of the bugs.

Roaches were seen in the breakfast food area close to the food, someone recorded and everyones appetite was ruined.
The front desk guy was really rude. They send a text message asking if you'd like a late check out, I replied yes. After I lay down to try to get 2 more hours of sleep before work They then pound on my door, call my room and demand that I come up and pay the late fee right now. After I already replied to their text message. I just got up and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone that works nights or wants a general feeling of hospitality.

Location was good. Lots around to eat and shop.
Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The tub wasn’t clean and their was also hair on the walls of the shower.
There was no coffee available in the morning at 6 am.
