Veraltete Unterkunft mit schlechtem Preis-Leitung-Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber aber rochen nach Nikotin. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Nebenan ist ein Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft hat einen Aufzug.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird bewirtschaftet mit minimalstem Aufwand, um maximalsten Ertrag zu erzielen. Wir waren froh, kurzfristig noch eine Unterkunft gefunden zu haben, aber das war's auch schon.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Ein sexuell sehr aktives Pärchen war in unserem Zimmer aber auch auf dem Flur detailliert hörbar (auch nachts um 1 Uhr). Deswegen vor allem mit Kindern, die davon geweckt wurden, nicht zu empfehlen.
Folgendes ist uns ausserdem aufgefallen:
- Die Stühle mit Stoffbezügen sind zerschlissen
- Am Treppenabsatz lagen mehrere gefüllte Müllbeutel herum
- das angebotene Frühstück (Bestellung auf's Zimmer) war nicht brauchbar. Wir haben uns vom Supermarkt nebenan versorgt (billiger und vielfältiger).
- WLAN-Verbindung über WLAN-Verstärker (nur ein Router im 2.Stock) unbrauchbar, damit ist dieses Hotel als Arbeitsort nutzlos
- Zimmer 9 stinkt nach Nikotin
- Zimmer 2 hat eine kaputte Steckdose (neben der Durchgangstüre)
- Zimmerservice (Mülleimer leeren) hat nicht funktioniert
- Die Zimmer sind durchweg zu wenig beleuchtet (nur alte stoffbezogene Stehlampen oder alte Wand/Bettleuchten).
- Bei starkem Schneefall mussten wir die Treppe und den Zugang zum Haus selber frei räumen

Schönes Zimmer, leider laut und kein WLAN.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, Balkon mit sonniger Aussicht, Kaffemaschine (ohne Kapseln) und Frühstücksgedeck waren g’ok.Der geringe Verkehr an der Strasse störte nicht. Kurzfristige Buchung klappte gut, musste aber anrufen wegen fehlendem Code für Schlüssel.

Cons:

Sehr hellhöriges Haus, wir verstanden jedes Wort in den Nebenzimmern und die Türen knallen. WLAN so langsam, dass es nur ab und zu läuft. Zu wenig Klopapier und kein Nachschub kam, trotz Anfrage. Total abgewetzte Stühle müsste man ersetzen.

Lage Gut, schlechte ausstattung, mieser geruch!

Cons:

Durchgelegene Matratzen viel zu weich.
Hatt immer nach Zigaretten-Rauch gerochen, war warscheinlich mal ein raucherzimmer, wäre schön würde das mitgeteilt werden

Schöne Gegend, aber….
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und die Parkplätze nebenan.

Cons:

Auf dem Zimmer hat es entgegen der Beschreibung keinen TV gegeben. Auf Nachfrage wurde der Beamer als Ersatz genannt, der jedoch sehr lichtschwach war. Außerdem brach das zum Beamer schauen benötigte WLAN regelmäßig zusammen und war, wenn vorhanden, sehr langsam. Das Frühstück musste am Vorabend telefonisch bestellt werden und wurde dann am nächsten Morgen aufs Zimmer geliefert. Im Hotel habe ich während des Aufenthalts kein Personal gesehen.

Streamlined automated check-in, unfulfilled ammenities
Pros:

The automated check in system was workable and clear for me. Other people who came around the same time as I didn’t have as much luck. I ended up being their front desk staff and tried to help them out.

Cons:

Please don’t promise stuff on booking websites or your invite email and not deliver. This is called fraud and is frowned upon.
No washing machine that works (extension cord to dryer doesn’t reach outlet), no breakfast (Sundays are apparently holidays), no workable coffee system (no packaged coffee available), no soap or shampoo, the workstation is decent at best , etc.

Cons:

• keine Waschmaschine
• kein Balkon
• Blick auf eine Hauptstrase statt Bergblick
• kein Fernseher im Zimmer (in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung werden Zimmer u.a. mit Flachbild-TV beschrieben)
• kein Skiraum vor Ort
• das WLAN funktioniert nicht bzw. nur sehr sporadisch, was ein Arbeiten praktisch unmoeglich macht, obwohl die Unterkunft explizit als „Workation Apartments“ beworben wird
• entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es kein Fruehstueck: das Hotelrestaurant ist geschlossen, ein Fruehstueck muss extern bei einer Baeckerei bestellt werden und kostet zusaetzlich ca. 15–20 CHF pro Person
