Cons:

The whole place is dirty, Crack heads wondering the I side and outside of the building. Rooms have no light and are dirty. When requested they been cleaned, the cleaning staff apparently leave before 2 pm. Found clothing items from previous guest in room. Found roach in room. Stained floors, seats, bedding. Un made bed. Black stains on roof of bathroom. Hair came put of shower drain and water backing up. Dirty hallway

The stay was not pleasant I would not recommend.

The pool was closed. The room had crumbs from other people. Restroom would flood. Breakfast was not good the egg was like pudding texture, they had no waffles, no milk and the food was very limited. Staff would just say they ran out and would not help. I wouldn’t rate a 5 I rate this a 1

They cancel our reservation when we arrive without any further notice no email message or call we couldn't find any other hotels to stay. It was very bad for my brother who is special need with down syndrome.

The fact that I only had to endure that god/ Shiva forsaken place for 1 night

The smell in the room was terrible. The put dryer sheets in the vents to attempt to mask the awful smell the AC let's out. Their breakfast was eggs that were sitting in water to attempt to hydrate the. And sausage. Waffle maker didnt have any waffle batter to put in it. They didnt have any juice. Milk was warm for the stale cereal they had. Sausage patties were warmed up in the microwave. When i asked the barely out of high school or maybe still be i high school girl behind the front desk is this. Y'all's typical breakfast.
She said yes.. When I walked in at six thirty who places so terrible that nobody and I mean, absolutely nobody chose to eat there.

Very upsetting experience. Charged twice for not even staying at the hotel.
Cons:

Pool and hot tub could have been operational. That is why we cancelled our stay. BUT we still got charged a "no show" fee, even when we cancelled with the front desk staff because the pool was not available. Didn't stay because the pool wasn't working. Sorry, but Roswell was hot that weekend and we expected to lounge by the pool. And a big surprise today, another charge from Clarion Inns & Suites in Roswell. I have tried to contact the hotel and only get an old landline fax machine type noise. Even when I called the reservation number for Clarion, they could not get in touch with the hotel. Even their own customer service could not reach them. They may be privately owned, but you would think they would answer the phone now and then. I am not happy with the entire experience. Will never book again.

The facility was filthy the first room the floor was not vacuumed there was trash on the floor there was hair in the bathroom the bathroom counter was not wiped down. The second room they wanted to put us in was worse than the first. The third room still was not the cleanest but it was way better than the other two. If I could have cancelled and got a refund I would have done that. The pool was out of order and the whole motel smelled like mildew like if there was a flood.
