Panne d eau pendant 2h sans que personne ne nous previenne
La habitación en general era muy cómoda y acogedora, camas suaves, el área de la piscina era muy bonita y relajante, me encanto por completo ya que tenia tipo camas de playa. La atención de parte del personal es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es buena pues esta cerca del centro y no hay ruido por esa zona.
Hay pequeños detalles que podrían hacer la experiencia mucho mejor, como que arreglaran la puerta de los baños, ya que en mi habitación sonaba demasiado al abrirse, el desayuno que ofrecen deja un poco que desear, para poder disfrutarlo aunque sea un poco es mejor llegar temprano, en mi habitación al inicio no nos dejaron toallas, cuando las fuimos a pedir nos dijeron que estaban en lavandería y todavía no estaban listas por lo que tuvimos que esperar como una hora por ellas, solo ese pequeño detalle que no fue una gran molestia, pero si ayudaría a que se fijen en ese tipo de cosas para la comodidad del huésped y el horario de la piscina era muy limitado.

Nice pool and kind staff do not compensate for terrible rooms
Our room was tiny, more 20m2 than the 32m2 advertised. There was a constant helicopter-like noise from the AC system on the roof and the A/C in the room is bright and loud as well. Nothing ‘design’ about the hotel. Curtains didn’t black out. Breakfast could be exponentially better with minimal effort but is super basic. We went out after one try.
Locatie is prima t.o.v. het historisch centrum. Mooi hotel ook met details.
Ontbijt is echt minimaal, de kok snapt niet helemaal hoe horeca werkt. Drankjes waren veelal niet beschikbaar, service bij het zwembad was onder de maat, uitleg van personeel was echt minimaal. Het hotel heeft potentie maar er moet nog veel gebeuren.
Goede bedden, mooi en rustig zwembad. Locatie was ook goed.
Ontbijt. Heel weinig keuze, slechts 3 opties (eieren, pannenkoeken en quesedillas). De quesedillas was een tortilla met een klein stukje kaas. Daarmee ben je niet gevuld voor de dag. Je moet zelf achter alles vragen. Zo moesten wij vragen voor fruit. Mag echt wel beter voor deze prijs …
Mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel.
Ja, het hotel is design. Maar je ziet dat het niet goed wordt onderhouden. Kleine details, zoals een haakje om je handdoek op te hangen, ontbreken. En we kregen chips die we besteld hadden die over datum was.
Loved the pool and seating area. Honestly, I swam every chance I could get. They took pride in making sure their facilities were well kept. Staff was super helpful. Perfect area for me to stay in. They accommodated when the breakfast wasn't able to be served at the hotel. Beds were comfy. Able to do some personal work as well. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was small, but very good. I wish I had a photo to show you the breaky, but I do not. Cleaning staff was gd.
The rooms were a bit small. There were no windows in the rooms, so it didn't let any fresh air in. When my room was so smelly they ended up moving me at my request and were so very kind about it. Wish it had a little gym. :)
La ubicacion es buena ...
El colchón durisimo, las almohadas incómodas, los cuartos de tabla roca se escucha todo , las toallas en mal estado deshilachadas, no plancha , no servibar , no hay restaurante, no hay nadie que te atienda en la alberca al parecer el de la recepcion es que hace todo ...
Se sienten los cuartos super encerrados ... en fin definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

La ubicación es buena y las camas son muy comodas. La limpieza es aceptable.
El baño no tiene ningún tipo de ventilación.
Donde preparan y sirven el desayuno tampoco tiene ventilación.
The place is very nice , has a nice pool area, rooms are small and comfortable. Location is great, was like a 12 min walk to the center of downtown.
The breakfast is not served at the property. It is served at another hotel near by and the hotel provides the transportation. I left on a Sunday, I had told the hotel staff that needed to leave at 7:45 to the restaurant bc I was going to the airport afterwards . That morning when I came down, the transportation wasn’t ready and the guy at the reception didn’t seem to know that I needed transportation. He called an uber, the first one cancelled and had to wait for another one, the whole thing was like 20 min wait, once I got near the place we found out that the street was closed, so the uber dropped me off a block away. I only had a carry on, so wasn’t a big deal, but keep that in mind in case you bring bigger suitcases.
