Pros:

I didn't like that effort has not been made to get the rooms clean and tidy enough. The owner needs to pay attentions to the furniture and the outlook of the place so that positive feedbacks will be received from users of the property.

Horrible a éviter humidité partout j ai du paye 2 fois une fois sur internet arriver sur place il me dise ya auune réservation de plus on nous a ramener a un autre hotel

Pros:

При заезде сказали, что бронь оформлена на сутки меньше. Потребовали 50 USD за дополнительные сутки. Карты к оплате не принимают. При оплате взяли еще 12 USD(курсовая разница!). Номер предоставили другой, в ужасном состоянии. Газовый котел сломан, под ним постоянная лужа! Гудел рядом с кроватью. Просьбы о устранении неполадок игнорируют. Пододеяльников нет! Грязные одеяла поверх простыней! Постельное белье в жутком состоянии. Описание на сайте не соответствует действительности.
Помощь на ресепшене отсутствует. Сидят дети. В первый день заказали трансфер в аэропорт(50 USD). В течении трех дней подтверждения не было. Видя что происходит в "отеле", решили отказаться. Менеджер отеля категорически отказывался возвращать деньги. После трех дней ругани и "отлова" менеджера и хозяина отеля деньги со "скрипом" вернули. Причем хотели вернуть в лирах с игрой на курсовой разнице. Заранее попросили предоставить инвойс за проживание. Обещали оставить вечером на ресепшене. Инвойса не было, менеджера тоже. Мальчик-помощник,позвонив менеджеру, сказал, что бланки закончились. Менеджер дал указание написать на клочке бумаги "типа инвойс". Прилагаем фото. В Стамбуле были в первый раз. Город понравился, но "отель" сильно испортил впечатление о поездке.

Las fotos no son del hotel que publicitan, cogimos un apartamento para seis con cocina y nos pusieron en una habitación con la ropa de cama sucia y olor a tabaco para 4 con un colchón adicional en el suelo, diciendo q a la mañana siguiente nos daban otra habitación y después no lo hicieron. Llamamos a hoteles.com y la respuesta fue que bajásemos a recepción y nos fuéramos del hotel
