It was a place to sleep. Clerk at front desk very rude and I felt that I was bothering her.
Pros:

Breakfast was great

Cons:

No pool.. said there was one. Closet wallpaper falling down looked like some black mold in room. They didnt empty the garbage in room. Left wet bath mat in my room for 2 days. Understanding that I only paid 72.00 a night. The place is ran down

This place needs a good cleaning & a refresh
Pros:

The Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Very dirty .The toilet wouldn’t flush ,water leaked all over the floor..We called the front desk . The manager came up ,told us it was condensation ,because of humidity. Then we had to start taking the lid off the toilet and self flushing.. There was blood on the wall next to the closet. Room 222 needed a good cleaning . The carpets.hangers & curtains were sticky from cigarette smoke. Gross.

Disappointed because of pool being rebuilt. But, made the best of it. At least beds were comfortable
Pros:

We have always enjoyed staying here , clean but older. There was clean bedding and bathrooms. T.V. worked.
Waiter and waitresses at breakfast are amazing people! So friendly. Food is great! Kids really enjoy the fresh fruit.

Cons:

Had 3 kids looking forward to swimming. The pool wasn't open when we arrived. No notice on website nor were we told when we checked in or offered a discount when I mentioned these to the concierge She said she can't do anything about it not being on the website. Didn't offer a discount to make things right.
Smell of Marijuana on 1st floor was awful. We were in no smoking rooms. Obviously they were smoking nearby.
Need updated furniture. Lamp on desk didn't work and was unplugged. I felt I needed to take pictures of missing knobs. Stains on carpet. So we wouldn't be blamed for damage. Wore socks on kids.
Tried adding photos, won't let me.

We had a wonderful family vacation because of David at the front desk!
Pros:

We LOVEDDD David at the front desk he gives exceptional customer care. You can see he genuinely cares for his customers and their happiness and experience there.
The breakfast was the best spread I've ever had at any place I've stayed.

Cons:

The air conditioner was leaking soaking the carpet

I would recommend your hotel with the disclaimer that "you get what you pay for".
Pros:

The shower had good pressure. The cost was affordable.

Cons:

You get what you pay for. The hallway smelled like it had not been cleaned for a while. The bathroom had peeling paint and holes in the walls, the rug felt like it had not been shampooed in years, the overall experience left me feeling less than happy.

The stay here absolutely sucked. Will

The fact it was close to what I needed to be in proximity to.

Cons:

4 of the 7 nights the room had minimal to no heat. The first night there the heater quit working in the middle of the night. Next morning went to front desk twice to report issue, no one at desk either time I was there. Later that afternoon it was reported a lady came to the room and said maintenance was not working weekend so they provided a space heater the kept the room slightly warm. Next issue, staff very rude. Hotel floor smelled so bad of marijuana it was horrible. (To each their own if you want to smoke it do it outside especially since it is non smoking). And lastly on day of checkout which is at 11, the maid staff started banging on the door at 830 rushing us on checkout. I will never stay at this place again no matter how convenient it is for our travel needs. I will gladly pay the extra for better service. This was my 3rd year staying at this place and have never had an issue until this year.
