Hot tub
Smokers outside window
Spacious clean rooms, pool, hot tub and lovely restaurant nearby.
Overwhelmed kitchen staff with rude attitude. Receptionist was good though.
Everything looks good, they have pool... But I hadn't time to use it.
Breakfast was.... , frozen yogurt, no cream cheese, waffles smell bake soda.... I eaten yogurt with some cereals and after we bought outside something more healthy. And Something bit me — I don’t even know what — and it keeps itching me and my son.
Everything about this hotel was TERRIBLE. Location, TERRIBLE STAFF, BED BUGS, No toiletries stocked in the bathroom (I made staff aware and was told to come downstairs and they gave me 4 bottles of palm sized shampoo, conditioner and 6 individually wrapped body soaps for 6 people in a 3 night stay. The sheets were stained, the floors were disgusting and dirty. Way too much chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi to the point my husband, myself and my kids eyes were watering. Never any pool towels stocked constantly having to go to the front desk to grab them. ALOT of drama and staff are not trained to handle any type of confrontations and much rather argue with their guests and make excuses for anything you complain about. There is NEVER a supervisor or manager on duty, morning or night. We can never even speak to one on the phone. I demanded at the front desk to a employee named Raj to speak to a manager now, due to a ridiculous situation at the pool prior to this confrontation, he said no one’s here handed me a business card and said to send an email to the email address listed on the business card. They are miserable people, not one smile I seen throughout my stay, no offer of compensation to any of the amount of issues I complained about in my stay, as well as me having to leave 1 day earlier then my intended departure date (my husband and I choice) due to the safety of our children who were with us as well as the incident that happen earlier in the pool leading to another guest having to call the police on another guest there. They are not properly trained enough to manage this hotel and the responsibilities of their guest’s safety. I requested a key to my sisters room to an employee named “Marie” (which I feel they gave me a fake name so they wouldn’t get in trouble by corporate) she did NOT ask me for my id or my name or verification, picked up a key tapped it against a machine and handed it to me with no questions asked. How would you feel knowing a stranger can walk into this hotel, possibly see which room your in, go to the front desk, request a key without asking for verification as to who you are and get a key handed over by the front desk staff and walk into your room. This is NOT A SAFE HOTEL. I spent over $400 for my "3 night stay" and leaving a day early for my families safety and requested a FULL refund due to the negligence of the staff and how unsure this hotel is and was DENIED the request due to a "breach of security" because the cops were called. REMIND YOU, cops were NOT called on ME. They were called by another guest against another female guest at the hotel. They will make every excuse to not give you a refund and tack on additional charges if they deem it "necessary". They are greedy and absolutely disgusting people. I truly hope not all Ramada's are like this because this puts a HUGE sour taste in my mouth. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A BETTER HOTEL I can't stress this enough. Do not book here because it's cheaper or the inside looks nice. Looks are deceiving. The staff are horribly trained employees who should NOT be running/managing this hotel without a supervisor or manager ON DUTY/ON PREMESIS. Now our children are complaining of ear pains, as well as bites on their bodies. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere when booking. We traveled over 5 hours to be treated the way we did by this hotel and this hotel group who lets just say customer service with Ramada isn't any better, there again is never a supervisor we can speak with and everything goes through email which currently STILL waiting on a response from someone in regard to my stay. You'd think they would take these complaints more seriously but I guess you pay what you pay for. TRASH. I will NEVER be staying at a Ramada again nor will I EVER recommend anyone at these establishments again.
ALSO MOLD in our bathroom. Just a disgusting hotel.
Absolutely nothing.
