As soon as we walked in all you could smell was the overwhelming scent of raid bug spray. I'm allergic to bug spray so needless to say I had a reaction but everything else was exceptional

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. No proteins, only a waffle maker, coffee is ehhh. The king bed was very nice and comfy. Shower had pressure and was nice and hot! I would stay here again and through Booking.com I saved $35

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better. I had to carry all y stuff up the steps, no elevator or it doesn't access the part of the building I slept in???

Cons:

A few things went wrong and I would never go back. First we waited 20 minutes for front staff and there was someone else waiting before us even longer...after they arrived we checked in and got our card. Elevators were broken and under repair. We had to walk all the way around outside to the other door. There were people outside hanging out and it was unclear who actually had access to building. Went to the room and we checked the beds for bugs and there was dried blood around the bottom of the bed. We called up and they gave us another room. That other room was better but the phone to call the front desk did not work. At around 11pm there were people hollering and yelling outside or a few doors down very loudly... i was unable to sleep because you could hear them clearly. I had to call the front desk via my phone and the man did go to where the noise was and he almost knew who it was... and told them to stop. Few hrs later I was asleep and was woken again by more people who were rocking their bed and LOUDLY having sex. I get that its a hotel but you could hear everything. I ended up sleeping with my earbuds but even then I could still hear it. It was an absolute awful experience and when i told staff in the morning they could do nothing to compensate me.
