Pros:

The location was great. It was by a lot of restaurants within like 3 miles.. It smelled very fresh and clean when I came into the lobby and my room Had everything I wanted . The pool and exercise room was right at my door.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.

It was good enough for a quick stay.
Pros:

The room was overall clean, however there was dust around the room. The pool was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Pros:

Everything! The staff were amazing. When our room couldn't get done they let us know right away and helped with anything we needed! Respectful!!! Absolutely loved it there!!

Cons:

The pool could have been a bit bigger but it's quite ok we got some use out of it!!

Definitely not the 3 star hotel they advertise.
Pros:

The location was fabulous and the beds were fairly comfortable but that's where the buck stopped.

Cons:

It was painfully obvious the rooms hadn't been updated in forever. Cheap vinyl plank flooring that was greasy to walk on and cracks in the molding. And I get they serve a hotel continental breakfast but theirs wasn't hardly edible.

I wouldn't stay there if it was the last hotel standing and I was stranded.

Cons:

Place was filthy. The shower curtain was moldy, breakfast area was sticky. We couldn't even get towels. The hallway was always noisy with people fighting. And when you try to cancel you just CAN'T. Both of my kids had asthma flair ups during out stay. So NO thank you never again.

Pool and hot tub had scum on walls. Way too much chemicals. No pool towels. Breakfast is awful. I asked for service in room for toilet paper, take out trash and towels. Staff told me “tomorrow.” I said no I need it today. She said she had already made the cleaning schedule- That I should have asked the night before. I said I have 5 people in my room. I need towels trash and toilet paper done today and walked off. It was done when I got back. Good thing. Bathroom counter had sticky stuff on it and bathroom floor corners are nasty upon check in. Moldy towel catching a leak on ledge overlooking lobby. Gross.

It was filthy I never seen a hotel so dirty before , beds and sheets were stained also sheets full of animal hair . Floors were filthy everything was filthy. Smelled of smoke .people living in the rooms !Was very scary.Everything was full of dust and disgusting

My stay was terrible. My first room was dirty and had a moldy smell

Cons:

The hotel room was dirty and had a bad smell. The pool looked dirty. The staff put my towels on the floor in front of my room. Everything was old and dated and they just painted over everything to try and make it look new.
