Pros:

Breakfast was good I loved the fresh waffles. Location is a bit sketchy but for the price it's kind of expected. They have have a pool and hot tub which was nice. Everything just doesn't quite match the pictures listed
All in all we had great time and met some cool people

Cons:

The furniture didn't quite fit the room but bed was comfortable

Overall was a great place to stay.
Pros:

Very nice and clean. Loved the pool and spa.

Cons:

I went down 10 minutes before breakfast when the girl was setting up. I asked if I could just get a danish off the top tray which was right there. She told me I had to wait till she put the tray in the case. I didn’t have time and left.

Clean and conveniently located.

Cons:

Only issue was the cold water. It wasn't cold every time and it was a very busy weekend when we stayed. Overall I would recommend.

Pros:

Easy to get to Hersheypark. Pool area was decent. Asked front desk for sheets for roll away bed and they brought up right away.

Cons:

Smelled like bug spray, wasn’t cleaned well, breakfast could’ve been better. No potatoes, bagels and their patty eggs. Mini waffles were a hit for my kids. Elevator needs updated it’s super loud. Little sketchy area. Refrigerator could’ve been bigger, no freezer area. Not many outlets or USB ports to charge anything. AC unit was loud.

They have a hot tub

Cons:

I never had to ask the front desk for pool towels let alone ha e to get out of the pool and go soaking wet to the front to get the myself. The. The receptionist told me I can only have one towel per registered guest and really only gave me one per guest. The room was not clean, im sure my covers were soiled. The bathroom door had to be slammed to close fully.

Not impressed with the hotel
Pros:

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The weight room was very dirty! The room had stains on the couch and the stands in the room had rust on them! Also around 6:30 three police showed up looking for someone, very tacky!

Comfortable but rude!
Pros:

The confront the bed, the whirl pool tub in the bedroom was amazing.

Cons:

When I arrived, the clerk, who was there was very rude and unprofessional. The lady before me, he was talking down to and bashed her and wanted us to follow him with his political views. After she left, he did the same thing to me on his views on things. It was very unprofessional, how he talked to people.His mannerism was not good at all. Later on in the evening. And the next day, all the staff were amazing and wonderful. I've really enjoyed their friendliness.
