The front staff was great. There are good cleaners in there a there are some extremely fireable ones

Don't ever remake a dirty bed!!!! Cum stains and pee stains! Pubes all in the bed... How?!?! Bed remade like that is the lowest level possible. The floors were sticky. Used towels folded and put back! The elevator walls were totally unclean. Only the bottom floor entry and rooms on the kitchen side smelled cleaned. Dirty female underwear on the second floor... sticky remotes.

I like the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good.

Comfortable, but the management does not honor the deals.
Pros:

The location was close to everywhere I was going. Room was comfortable and large.

Cons:

I paid for a late check out, it was approved, then hotel cleaning staff came and tried to kick me out at 11:30.. then the manager came at 12 to do the same thing, and argued with me about the lare checkout until i showed her my pay.ent and approval email.. so after I paid extra,to have a check out at 1, they did not want to honor that late check out.

Good for a short stay. 18 minute drive to Hershey
Pros:

Good location- close to Hershey & food options. A General Dollar store 3 minutes away if you need essentials. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Hotel needs some upgrade, sink & mirror outside of bathroom
