Pros:

Do not book at this hotel. We got into our room and found dirt and hair all over the sheets on one of the beads and the toilet was covered in pee and hair. They would not come up and clean it. No other rooms were available so they said go to another hotel.

Good for a quick stopover
Pros:

It was convenient to the highway, clean and adequate for a stopover on a roadtrip. There is a restaurant onsite where they also serve the free breakfast. It was very pleasant and the breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and a yogurt machine with toppings. The price point is good.

Cons:

It seems to be a popular truck stop. It has a Motel 6 vibe, with extra amenities.

Would not stay again, would pay a little bit more to stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Pretty poor breakfast, sausage was very dry and overcooked. Pancakes were rubbery pastry didnt have much flavor

Cons:

Room was okay, could use some updating. Couldnt adjust the AC and it was very cold in the room.

Pros:

Front office was really nice. Outside pool and jacuzzi opened for the season; and they called to let us know.
Hot breakfast was included. Newport location was close to restaurants and I40, really convenient.

Cons:

We had really noisy neighbors the first night.
