Our family come to Newport for our family reunion. All out of towners stay at the best western.
Pros:

I liked the gym the pool and breakfast. Yum, Yum.

Cons:

The nasty couple in the pool area. The man was wearing his underwear and made out with his wife in the hot tub, which kept our group from using it for the rest of our stay. I guess you can't screen your guest. This one had been kicked out of the quality inn across the street.

The staff was awesome
Very sweet and accommodating
I had a room for those with mobility issues and it was great, especially the shower set up. Parking was right at the door which was so convenient when you have mobility issues.

Great location and folks that work there.
Pros:

While visiting our son who recently moved to Tennessee we chose this Best Western location to stay every time.
We always get a handicap accessible room for the shower. Always been well stocked with towels and the wall mounted body wash/ shampoo/conditioner containers are appreciated.
The handicap rooms we have stayed in have all been on the backside of the hotel - a little quieter in my opinion.
The staff have been friendly and helpful.

The refrigerator in the room works extremely well and has more than enough room for our 4 day supply of orange juice and snacks.
The freezer kept our ice bottles frozen for the cooler on the way home.

Jennifer checked us in and offered us some water as part of our rewards membership.

Sometimes I need to ask for this perk-
This location has always offered before I ask.
