Pros:

Front office was really nice. Outside pool and jacuzzi opened for the season; and they called to let us know.
Hot breakfast was included. Newport location was close to restaurants and I40, really convenient.

Cons:

We had really noisy neighbors the first night.

Nice location with a nicer staff!
Pros:

We’ve stayed here many times when we visit our son and will continue to stay here.

The handicapped accessible rooms have the roll-in shower and they are always clean and fresh. Those rooms are on the backside of the building away from the street side so they are quieter.

The breakfast has the usual but we grab and go some basics. Yogurt and Green Tea !

The staff is always friendly as well. We are made to feel welcome !

The gym may be small but the equipment is fine.

Family stop during our trip in the Smokies
Pros:

Convenient location-near eastern edge of Great Smokies NP, great hot breakfast, front desk staff very friendly both when I called and upon our late arrival. Great value!!

Overall, we were very pleased and happy with the price.
Pros:

Great location. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Room was clean, beds very comfortable, and breakfast was also great!

Cons:

Only noticed one issue. We were not able to adjust heating/cooling in our room.

A Nice Place to Stay
Pros:

Not a bad place to stay for 1 night. Staff was friendly, room was huge and clean, and the noise was minimal. We had a room facing the back on the 2nd floor. Price was great. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

It was okay but expensive for what we received.

We brought our dog and paid a pet fee of $50. We had to walk quite a ways to let the dog relieve herself. Not dog friendly. Since we stay 2 nights we didn’t have the room cleaned.
