Other than the internet issues, it was a nice hotel and the staff were friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The internet was really spotty, and we couldn't connect half the time or get reception.

Staff were friendly.

The A/C was so low that the carpets were damp when we arrived. In the morning, we noticed ants all over the floor.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for me, close to the Beaver Dam Hospital/ Hillside where I am a nurse. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The front desk person was extremely rude in her tone and attitude.

I had the best experience right from the start of my reservation, I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean, which typically doesn’t make approvals, especially the bathroom spic n span. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly & answered all my questions. I would give them a 10+

This hotel needs a little tender love and care. Many things were falling off of the wall in the room and nails were comi

It was clean, breakfast was great and it had a hot tube.

Cons:

The towel rack and toilet paper holder were falling off in the room. An employee walked in on us in the hotel. Room was expensive for what we got. We were missing shampoo but were given conditioner. The carpet was recently added and their were nails sticking out of it.
