I was satisfied the first night we stayed! Everything was good up until the last day! I don’t know if it was new staff/shift change from the first night & day we stayed but the morning we were checking out was just awful, the staff was NOT friendly or personable like when we first arrived! One of the heavier set- different colors in her hair staff, she went in shortly after my daughter, my 2 year old son and I were grabbing me coffee & getting ready to head in after & whoever the girl was shut the door on our face (mind you right before doing so she turned to one of her coworkers and asked him “if he wanted anything to eat” before she locked the doors and started shutting it down! It was before 9:30!! It was just very rude of her!! My daughter was able to eat breakfast, i was able to get my coffee but my toddler wasn’t able to eat! Very disappointing.

The staff that was on duty when we were checking out!! Very rude

The room and hotel was convenient for where I needed to go for work.
Pros:

I appreciated the front desk staff.

Cons:

It was extremely dirty and I was afraid to sleep in the bed. The bathroom was nasty and the room smelled.

Pros:

The pool & hot tub area was great for the kiddos!! The staff even went out of their way to make sure we had a room close to the pool area!! The rooms were acceptable and clean for the area of the city it sits in! I was very impressed!!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about!!
