Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The property was overall pretty dirty and dingy. We were traveling with an older family member with mobility limitations and property had NO elevator (NOT ADA compliant). Glaze was chipping in the tub. Beds were absolutely terrible - so uncomfortable. Very little sound proofing between rooms and hall.

Pros:

Great hot breakfast
Room was nice and clea

Cons:

Very noisy at night- small children were running around screaming ( that’s on the parents.) Too much noise until after 11 pm

called the front desk and they promised to move us to an available quieter room the next day, but the next afternoon they said none were available until after 6pm. We couldn’t do that because we were at an event. I’m still trying to get a partial refund. Manager on duty was no help.

Overall a good place to stay, especially the location!
Pros:

You can’t beat the location! If you are attending a show at the Resch Center this is the place to say. It was very nice to be able to walk over. The breakfast was great with some warm options as well as the regular continental breakfast. The breakfast attendant was also wonderful. The pool area is large and clean.
There is a restaurant attached to the property. It is not the most kid friendly so I recommend walking down and ordering to go.

Cons:

The beds were way too hard for our comfort. The hotel is older and outdated. I do think that they are able to charge a bit too much for the rooms due to the location. For the price I was expecting a little more in the room. Parking is also a little tight since they sell parking spaces during events.

Pros:

We booked this hotel because it was in a perfect spot for us to not need to drive to our other destinations. We were able to walk to our food and the Resch Center.

Cons:

The beds. They were squeaky and very uncomfortable. The blanket was also paper thin and not very soft.

Next door to the Resch Center which was very convenient for us. Room size was perfect. Been here before and renovations are beautiful.

All in all, I would stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Hotel is next to the Resch Center. Maybe overpriced for show dates. I would pay more though for the convivence. The bed is a little harder than what I like. The heater was noisy. The toilet was low. Shower was nice. The breakfast was very good. We loved the attendant. Pool and hot tub were very nice and decorated with the Packer theme. No elevator in the hotel! I would stay at this hotel again.
