“Reasonable” Price with horrible beds/bed sheets
Pros:

They could get away with the uncomfy bed IF the bedding was a little better. It’s two very thin flat sheets with a slightly thicker blanket in between. And the flat sheets are as comfy as paper. They also obviously don’t always mop the rooms. I should’ve taken a picture of my black socks that were covered in dust/hair/dirt with only walking around in the room for a few minutes. Reasonable price but if you like to be comfortable in your bed during any stay, this is not the one for you. The only plus was location.

I expected much more for the amount I spent. And I expected the beds to be comfy, not springy and old. With old comforte
Pros:

The bathrooms were clean and clean towels and the breakfast was good. And the lady who made the breakfast was kind and helpful

Cons:

The lady at check in was snooty, tried to charge me $200 dollars after I was informed it was $150.00 deposit over the phone: and this after booking a room for 2 nights, not knowing their was a deposit for that much, so I missed my first night.

Short and decent.
Pros:

Location was great! Good walking distance to Lambeau!

Cons:

Beds were terrible. Stiff, and there was no blankets on them. I can do with the stiffness, but the lack of blankets is a no go for me. Shower went from hot to cold alot while showering. Price was high for the room you get.

The room was by the pool

Cons:

Staff was rude, beds were uncomfortable felt like I was on a old sofa bed. Toilet clogged up it would go all the way up when flushed and took forever to go down. Closet door was hard to close and air conditioning was horrible! I had to get my fans from home! Was told i couldnt put party stuff up but i seen others do it. They kept my card on file if there were damages they didnt do that before. I cleaned up everything i even wiped down tables and mopped the floor and striped the bedding the next morning for the next housekeeper. And bagged up all garbage. I took video and pics incase i was told the room was left a mess because the way i was told if i put streamers or balloon stuff up and paint comes off or other stuff.

Here’s a polished but firm review you could post:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We attempted to check out early but were never informed that we could receive a credit for the unused nights. Instead of being helpful, the staff was rude and unprofessional. While I was speaking with the front desk, the manager yelled at me from another room, and the front desk employee scolded me, saying I “should have checked out by 11.” The way they spoke to us was completely unacceptable and lacked even basic customer service. I understand policies need to be followed, but there’s no excuse for treating guests disrespectfully. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Great hotel stay. Clean, friendly staff, large breakfast included, even had an omelet bar. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great pool and area to relax in

Cons:

We went to the Blizzard game and came back at 8pm. We all wanted cold water to drink. The 1st level vending machine only accepts money and wouldn't take anything, no cc slot. The 2nd level bottles water me hine was out of service. We would up filling a container with ice and ate that.

Fgreat value and lots of fun!!!
Pros:

The location next to the resch center and Lambeau feild is nice. The place has a good bar/restaurant and the pool area was a huge surprise! It is Lambeau Field theme and really big with a hot tub and plenty of table n chairs

Cons:

The interior design is still the original and outdated but not terrible.
