Pros:

Bed was fine, it had working hot tub and pool.

Cons:

Took 20 min to check in just waiting for someone to get back to desk. There was a dirty sock in our room.

Front desk people were nice and friendly.

Cons:

Had to get our keycards recoded twice the first day and again each day we stayed. Housekeeping didn't clean the room or bring fresh towels any day we stayed, I had to get them from the front desk each night. I had to ask for a plunger and front desk said they did not have one, I had to use the public restroom at the far end of the building that night, the next morning I purchased a plunger to flush the room toilet. The room air worked fine but the hallways were hot and humid like the indoor pool area.

Get rid of the little Indian lady that works third shift/2nd shift. I think she’s new.
Pros:

That they actually listen to the reviews. And put some improved lighting in the parking lot. Kind of remodeled a little bit. The place looked pretty decent right now.

Cons:

The little Indian lady that works at the front desk. Was rude when I checked in. Was also rude to MY SON when he checked in. And was rude to us on third shift because we had to keep getting a key because the key kept getting deactivated.

Do NOT Stay Here. POOR quality
Pros:

There was NO bathroom supply's and NO housekeeping will help you obtain. I had to check out early because the service was really bad. The staff were yelling at me and would not let me talk to the manager to get a refund. The manager is never there and she does not call me. Her name is Jasmine Sanchez. i had to come back after check out everyday to get my refund but NO Manager is there. All me and my husband wanted was clean towels and toilet paper. So do not stay here.

Pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Keys kept demagnatizing every time we left room. Staff was rude. 1 elevator at end of long hall not near front of building. Elevator was horrible. Lobby never clean. Had to go get towels, guess they thought we wanted to use same ones for 4 days. Run down place that they charged way to much for.
