Cons:

The heat in the room in the middle of the night stopped working and the hot tub wasn't hot at all my bath water was hotter than their water

Safe, comfortable and an excellent value.
Pros:

The location was convenient for my needs. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Cons:

There were some snafus at check in due to malfunctioning door locks but management handled it and it was not something they could have prevented.

Pros:

My second time staying here. Decent location. Nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet is really good. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was comfortable and clean for the most part.

Cons:

The sink had a clog in it and the door didn't lock on the bathroom.

Pros:

Pretty clean, convenient location. Super comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bedding was dirty and requested a folding bed or something due to sick children and didn't want to put them together in the same bed, there was no height of beds or mattresses available. But I totally understand that.

Good location

Cons:

The rooms weren't that clean, it was SO NOISY, you could hear EVERYTHING. There was a parties going on little kids knocking on random doors, people getting high & drunk right outside the door to outside... it's great for partying if thats what ya wanna do but for a quiet stay, forget about it.
