Staff was uniquely uninterested in being helpful.
Staff was terrible. Phone system didn’t work, staff ratrly pick up and are then rude and unhelpful. It’s an ugly hotel with useless staff and owners.
Das große Zimmer und der Innenpool. Waren da zwar nicht drin aber sah gut aus.
Dafür das es ein Best Western + ist war es leider nicht so sauber.Der Eingangsbereich ja aber die Flure zum Zimmer stanken muffig. Frühstück war ok leider war der Saftautomat kaputt. Die Möbel sind total alt.
The pool was nice. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all. Over all not a bad place. I just wish it was cleaner.
The room was dirty with dead bugs all over. The Bathroom could have also been cleaner.

Didn’t like how someone came in my room at 10:20 with a key card her and her son that disturbed me other than that this was a beautiful hotel besides that very comfortable
The pool was open but had safety doors you had to use your room key to get in. We could look down from outside our room. Had problems with the refrigerator and something else they had the maintenance guy come up right away and he switched out the fridge and fixed the other thing.
The carpet guy s old and could be replaced but it was ok.
Todo estaba bueno, piscina, breakfast and sport bar
Yo solicité 2 habitaciónes en el piso 2 y me enviaron para el piso 3 y el personal de limpieza no llegaba a hacer la limpieza hasta bien tarde y porque siempre fuimos a pedirle que limpiaran el baño y nos dejaran toallas limpias. Eso fue lo que no nos gustó.
The breakfast was nice. The people at the front desk were nice too.
The pool was in the middle of the hotel and so it made walking through the hotel awful. The elevators were awful and made my wife feel super unsafe. We could here everything the neighbors did next door.
