Management is letting these rooms deteriorate and doesn't seem to care. Floors are buckling up and creating a safety hazard. Will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!

I am requestiing a refund for my day that i did not stay
Pros:

The property listed in the description, including photos, did not align with the reality of the property. We changed hotels and did not stay the second night as a result of the poor room conditions.

Cons:

The rooms were not comfortable. There was no artwork or lamps or bed comforter as shown in the advertisement. See attached

Dirty roach infestation.
Pros:

Nothing at all. Upon waking in the room there was a roach infestation. The restroom lights did not work and the room smelled like raid.

Cons:

The property was not healthy to sleep in. I didn’t stay the night I went to front desk and requested a refund. The receptionist said she would give us a refund and yet they haven’t.

There was inadequate lighting in the room, the AC was positioned so that the room did not cool off; there was no coffee option either in the room or the reception.

Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly, overall the hotel is nothing extravagant but it’s clean and in a decent area and that’s good enough for me. Bring your own pillows though!
