Nice enough staff and service, but terribly dirty and in a bad area.
Pros:

The staff was polite and check in/out was very easy.

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty. Our socks turned brown from walking on the floor which was covered with dirt and things dragged in from outside. The shower was unusable and completely stained on the bottom, to the point that we thought it was a shower mat at first. The curtain and bedsheets both had stains. Even the disposable silverware in plastic bags felt slimey on the outside. We did not feel comfortable eating the complimentary breakfast given how dirty the room was. And the surrounding area did not feel safe at all, we left as soon as we could.

Good location
Pros:

Really convenient location, right off the highway. Breakfast included with the stay. Pictures were accurate, rooms were renovated. Toiletries in the bathroom smelled really nice.

Cons:

Booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms smelled of dirty bathroom and cigarettes (despite the clerk making me sign something to the effect that these are non-smoking rooms). But we were able to change to a different room. The room that I personally stayed in had no coffee pot for the coffee maker, and the toilet was loose. The base wasn’t sealed into the floor and the entire thing would move every time you used it. Also, the A/C was only so-so. It kept running but the room felt really humid. The included breakfast was hugely disappointing. Very watered down juices, something that looked like coffee, but didn’t taste like it, eggs that were super bland. The saving grace was the make your own waffles.

Pros:

had problems with A/C in one room, Staff did moved occupants to another room

Cons:

Main reason for booking this hotel was for the pool. The Pool was down due to filtration system being broke. Also the A/C's for the rooms couldn't keep up with the heat so the rooms were very warm.
