If it wasn’t a last minute booking and wouldn’t give a refund, I would not have stayed there.
Pros:

Location was convenient for our need

Cons:

1. Original room smell of herbal smoke as did surrounding area. 2. Front desk/Attendants were not very friendly or eager to help. 3. There was a dead bug in the middle of the room and the refurbishment looked unfinished and DIY rather than professional. AC units leaked across the sidewalk for every room and down from the second floor.

Pros:

The location was ok . Only a few miles to the beach

Cons:

It was gross and neglected. It needs major cleaning around the property and pool, hallways , stairs . It was nasty

The grounds were well maintained. Night time front desk clerk was amazing We had an issue with our new card and he was very helpful and patient.

Cons:

Daytime staff made me pay an additional $50 deposit because my hair color was on ONE TOWEL after my shower. To be clear, I don't disagree that the towel had color on it. What I disagree with is that they insisted that I pay $50 for one towel --- and refused to give it to me after I paid for it. He said it couldn't be bleached (which is b.s. - I've been coloring my hair for a long time and I have never had any issues cleaning my linens) and that it had been thrown out. And $50 for ONE TOWEL???? I seriously doubt that a place that charges $80/night for a room is purchasing towels that cost $50 each. If they are, good for them! But, if you expect me to pay for a $50 towel, at least let me take it with me.

Clean dated room no furniture. Bed was comfortable. Drapes broke won't close, door trim hacked up, no close restaurants. Just off I95.

Was a very nice place to stay on our trip to cocoa beach the next day
Pros:

breakfast was better then expected. Had good variety of choices. Did have a very nice pool area which we did not use. The check in process was quick and checkout the same. Very nice for a short stay.

Cons:

Room was very clean but did have a little musty odor. At first the TV would not work. Had to have someone actually come and program the system. Other than that everything was fine.
