Close to port
Breakfast was horrible and very crowded. Biscuits cold and hate microwave but still not good. Very noisy outside my daughter’s room with people arguing, cussing & slamming doors thru the night. Our TV didn’t work and no assistance to look at it as promised. No shampoo in dispenser. Paid too much for what we had

Location was good. Came into town to try and see a rocket launch, it would have been an ideal location for that, if the launch wasn't cancelled.

The receptionists are changing, each brings other information. We would like to move to newly renovated rooms (we asked in the time of booking), first receptionist told us come in two days (ok, no problem), second told us sorry we need just one day (ok, no problem), the last one told us if everything works there, there is no need to change.
The lamp shades were covered in stains and grime, the mini refrigerator was heavily rusted and dirty, the pipes under the sink were filthy, and the bathroom fixtures had visible rust and buildup. The overall cleanliness of the room appeared severely neglected.
The room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. I understand that budget hotels are not going to be perfect, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. But basic cleanliness should never be optional. The condition of this room was unacceptable and honestly made me uncomfortable staying there.

No me gusto que te cobren $100 dólares al llegar como supuesto dinero de reembolso y nunca llego mi reembolso y no te quieren dar el recibo.
El cuarto no estaba limpio.
Se notaba que lo limpiaron meses atrás y no volvieron a retocar la limpieza. Lo cual desinfecté todo con spray lysol y wipes desinfectantes lo que me dio un poco mas de tranquilidad.
Si no fuera porque era solo 2 noches me hubiera ido a otro lugar.
La nevera no funcionaba correctamente goteaba
demasiado.
No tenía secador de cabello, el teléfono no funcionaba.
El desayuno era pobre, pero un resuelve, la cual no comi ya que me dio cosa por cómo encontré mi cuarto cuando llegué.
En fin, para una noche está bien. Pero si eres muy piqui no lo recomiendo.
The location was good and close to port canaveral cruise terminal
the room had holes in the wall where the toilet paper and tissues dispensers would be and they just had the toilet paper and tissues in the hole on the cutout drywall. Missing light switch cover. And when it rains it floods everywhere.
Room was very clean and comfortable
I booked through booking.com.I requested a gtound unit. I did not get a ground unit upon checkin. They put me on the upper floor with no elevator.
