The bed was clean and comfortable, check in and out was very easy and it was close to the port and quite a few food options as well as almost every store you could need for essentials. A/C was very good too.
The room had a strong mildew smell and the floor was quite dirty, turned my white socks brown on the bottom in a matter of hours. It felt a bit unsafe with the external doors facing a gas station/truck stop. There was a semi idling close to our room all night keeping my fiance awake.
People were very nice.
This hotel is extremely nice.
But, I got a room across from the highway and a truck stop gas station after my husband told them I need a quiet place to sleep..
Then I woke up with some loud noise someone was moving the lawn. Went to bed at 9, woke up at 12 pm I could not get back to sleep. I requested another room. Someone opened the wrong room. It was not as nice as the other room, no téléphone, no light, everything was pulled off the wall.
Came the next morning, I was in the wrong room. They switched me room.
OMG: No fridge, no light water pressure was very low.
The room was dirty.
1 key point: the first room looked very nice like a 5 stars hotel, the second room looked not so nice no light by the bedside. 3rd room was extremely nasty, it looked dirty, the door paints around the edges were so nasty to look at, they seem to be panted over and over, no fridge, very low water pressure.
This hotel can get a 4-5 stars they cà just clean it decorate it like the first room. To me its a bipolar hotel.
FYI: BREAKFAST IS GREAT, BUT I DON'T EAT PORK.
Location
Most everything. Breakfast was bad, had to change buildings........BED BUGS..
.....DIRT and smell.
Location was great
AC worked good
Took person 30 minutes to come to desk to get checked in
Room dirty holes in ceiling walls hair everywhere
Fridge microwave didn’t work
The staff was pleasant
The place needs updating & could be cleaned better but I guess you get what you pay for.
The location was great and the staff was friendly, plenty of parking.
The room was not ready upon our arrival, some people waited 1-1/2 hours past the time the rooms were supposed to be ready. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. Bottom of the tub was dirty and the tile/grout indicating the bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly. Shower curtain needed to be washed as well. The bathroom door would not close properly.
The WiFi was not functioning and the TV only worked on certain channels, the others pixelled out. One of the outlets on the side opposite the bed didn't work. Not very good.
The facility charged a $100 damage deposit? I don't usally see this at most places I stay.
When you first come to the property, you think like, well I’m not sure what this is gonna be like. But the rooms were actually really clean pretty much up-to-date. I was satisfied with my stay for the value that was paid
About a three star property again was not horrible. Was not the greatest property but definitely an older property.
Good choices for breakfast. Great location to Port Canaveral. Room was nice.
Room had strong odor of some sort of cleaning product - perhaps something to counteract that. I realize the place is being fixed up, but the bathroom needed a lot of work. Perhaps a new tub as well.
Appeared to be newly modern/renovated rooms.
Strong odor inside room. Not sure if was do to dampness but needed air freshener to deal with smell. Kind of smelled like wet mopped floor
Location
Bed had bugs blood mildew stains all over room 126
Renovated and everything was updated.
There were people outside our room arguing most of the night that kept us up.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, YOU SHOULD REMOVE IT FROM YOUR SITE!
Not only was there a roach in the room—forcing me to sleep with the lights on because my kids were scared-but the bathroom door looked like it had been ripped apart by a dog or a person. Honestly, who knows. Shower was disgusting had build up all in it so my youngest could not shower when she needed to!
Even with those issues, I probably would have let it go since we were only in the room for about 10 hours to sleep before boarding our cruise.
However, when I got home and started reviewing my credit card charges, I noticed an additional $100 charge from the hotel. When I called the front desk, I was told that the manager, Davis, added the charge for smoking in the room.
The problem? No one in my family smokes. Not me, not my husband, and obviously not our young kids. We’ve never smoked. We didn’t even drink anything in the room other than the coffee provided.
I was then told I would be better off contacting the corporate office to dispute the charge rather than dealing with the manager at this location. That alone confirmed that happens regularly there. The kid even asked me not to provide his name because he didnt want to get in trouble.
This has never happened to me before. I should have trusted the negative reviews and spent the extra money on a better hotel. I tried to save a little after already spending about $5,000 on our vacation, knowing we’d barely be in the room. Lesson learned.
Instalações incompatíveis com a rede ramada, baixa qualidade no atendimento, quartos antigos e limpeza deixa a desejar.
