Over all pleasant for the value.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, plenty of options including make it yourself waffles. Location was also close enough to Port Canaveral which is what we were looking for.

Cons:

The place needs a little maintaince in the rooms like doors knots and drainage in the tubs some broken things here and there.
