Pros:

Overall fairly clean. Staff was nice. Nice pool.

Cons:

Property seemed run down, in our room the window curtain rods was broke the curtain wouldn’t hardly close, shower rod about to come off, towel rack broke. Overall property needs updates and better maintenance. Up-charges for early check in. No elevators.

Pros:

The location was ok . Only a few miles to the beach

Cons:

It was gross and neglected. It needs major cleaning around the property and pool, hallways , stairs . It was nasty

The grounds were well maintained. Night time front desk clerk was amazing We had an issue with our new card and he was very helpful and patient.

Cons:

Daytime staff made me pay an additional $50 deposit because my hair color was on ONE TOWEL after my shower. To be clear, I don't disagree that the towel had color on it. What I disagree with is that they insisted that I pay $50 for one towel --- and refused to give it to me after I paid for it. He said it couldn't be bleached (which is b.s. - I've been coloring my hair for a long time and I have never had any issues cleaning my linens) and that it had been thrown out. And $50 for ONE TOWEL???? I seriously doubt that a place that charges $80/night for a room is purchasing towels that cost $50 each. If they are, good for them! But, if you expect me to pay for a $50 towel, at least let me take it with me.
