The woman who checked us in at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was exceptional in her service.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent.

She’s an older hotel, definitely has wear and tear. Needs top to bottom renovation to clean her up. But she has been given this unique quirky outlaw style.
Debra is absolutely one of the best check ons yo a motel I’ve done. I exclusively use best westerns and she will absolutely be the reason I use this one in rock springs Wyoming again. Friendly. Helpful. Wonderful personality. Great crew overall. Cierra is the other one that has helped me and she’s amazing too.
Everything was great: the staff, the facilities, the clean room. The only thing I missed was no way to refreeze my ice packs.

Great place for the family after a LONG day of driving. There was an error with the company that did the booking for our reservation and the staff here really helped us out and resolved the problem for us so we would have a place to stay for the night

Perfect for our travel needs. Clean comfortable room and very affordable, considering it included a cooked-to-order breakfast. Debra gave us a friendly welcome at check in and McKenzie was friendly in promptly serving us breakfast.
The customer service is very friendly. Room was average, older. Food was very good, but overpriced. Menu stated burger was $18, however our bill stated $22. Overpriced for a 6oz burger and handful of fries. Breakfast included and was very good.

The staff was very friendly and addressed any issue I may have had. I was very impressed with my meal in the newly opened restaurant. The food and service was top notch .
During my stay, anytime I had a question or concern Sierra was my go to .she was always friendly and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with . I hope she will still be here on my future stays.

Hotel is in good location to food right off I80. Everyone was so friendly from Jackie at the front desk to housekeeping. Room was clean and comfortable as well.

Ashley checked us in and walked us around. I've never experienced that from a hotel before. Very professional and welcoming. We will be staying here again.
Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Also not the run of the mill breakfast that you get at most chain hotels but a very good sit down breakfast with menu included in the cost of the room. McKenzie provided great service during the meal and Sierra was very friendly and informative during check in.
