The staff was amazing. Literally the only thing that was liked.
The floors were absolutely FILTHY. There were hypodermic needles all over the parking lot where our dogs discovered them. I felt completely unsafe.

There was nothing I didn’t like except when I checked out, I couldn’t get a printed receipt! I need a printed receipt sent to me ASAP!
Room was clean and comfortable and very affordable
My ground-floor room was across a busy street from the main hotel and next to a VERY busy DQ, so lots of foot traffic. And the curtains didn't quite close all the way.
I liked having a front and back door. Breakfast and fresh coffee was right out the inside door (though a bit noisy)and our car was just outside the back door which made coming and going so easy. The beds and linens were as good as expected with a Best Western room.
It's an older hotel and they are remodeling but the price and reservations don't reflect that fact. The shower didn't drain until we pulled hair out of it and there were dirty fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom door. I felt a little more care could have been taken.

The food quantity for breakfast could maybe suffice for half the people that were there. Most items were gone quickly with no refills.
